Villa holiday rentals in Plage des Catalans

Our week-long stay was lovely. The house is friendly and warm. The amenities offered are of good quality, we didn't want for anything. Our hosts were available throughout the week, attentive and caring. I highly recommend it for a lovely vacation in Marseille!

The villa is in an excellent location- walkable to fabulous restaurants, museums and shopping….but in a quiet hideaway space. It has a wonderful outdoor area that we used nightly for an evening aperitif and cheese! Daniel and his wife are such lovely hosts. They live next door and are gracious and delightful. The villa is so lovely from the outside to the inside. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been updated; and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are quite comfortable. A very enjoyable stay! Highly recommended.

We had a great time. The property is amazing, with a simply beautiful view. Located 25 minutes from Marseille, the geographical location is ideal for enjoying a peaceful holiday. The welcome was perfect, Brice was good advice and always available. Thank you so much.

Very nice house with a splendid view and very convenient to live in. Ideal for a family reunion with little ones . Very nice volumes allowing as much to isolate oneself as to share moments in common.

An incredible accommodation, decorated with great taste! Everything is comfortable! It's well appointed and thoughtful. The view is magnificent, everything is done to make you feel like you're on vacation and to disconnect... A big thank you to Ludovic and Virginie for this peaceful haven, but not far from Marseille, Cassis... Absolutely charming, pleasant and attentive hosts!

Had a fantastic stay with a large group. Truly beautiful scenery and so close to an amazing, secluded cove. The villa was clean and well presented. Pierre and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and even drove us to the supermarket when we arrived to stock up on supplies. One this to note - it’s doable without a car and there is a train station 25 minute walk away but definitely would recommend hiring a car if you are coming from abroad. Couldn’t recommend the place more and the hosts were terrific.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us as we were within walking distance of the national park, a short drive to the calanque, and a water taxi ride to downtown Marseille. Given the various activities were were interested in doing this was ideal. The host provided lots of suggestions, was super helpful in suggesting this to do, how to navigate transit to the various calanques, and was a huge help in making dinner reservations for us. The house was plenty large for 5 adults that we had and was very well stocked. The gated parking and safe neighborhood was very nice. The house is a short walk from local cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores which made resupplying very easy. One caveat is that if you're intention is to spend every day in downtown Marseille this might not be the best place for you. If you are looking for something a bit away from the bustle of the city that provides a variety of experiences of the area then it's a great location.

Beautiful hillside house with many charming terraces. Special mention of course for the roof top and its swimming pool offering a beautiful unobstructed view without any vis-à-vis. Do not be afraid of the lack of air conditioning, the natural ventilation resulting from the very design of the house perfectly replaces it. I recommend ++.

Helena was a very gracious host and always available for our questions . The place was exactly what we were hoping for. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay with friends in Philippe's house, in a very quiet place. Very well-equipped house, spacious and in excellent condition. Philippe was responsive and facilitating in terms of schedules.

Our group was three couples and we had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and modern with everything we needed. It was a short walk down into the town centre of Cassis with its great restaurants and markets. Nicolas was very responsive and helpful if we had any queries. The views were spectacular and it was a peaceful relaxing stay. We didn't hire a car but walked to the Casino bus stop and took the shuttle bus to the train which was simple. This bus also takes you to the Padel sports centre. We would highly recommend it as a location to visit Cassis and the surrounding areas.

Roger is a welcoming and responsive host. The accommodation is identical to the photos and allowed us to spend a family weekend with separate living spaces: a plus when traveling with several generations!!! I recommend it!!!

Lovely place with an amazing fully stocked kitchen and a terrace for every angle of the sun. Our group had a fantastic time, and the top terrace's views are unrivalled. Please note it is quite a walk into cassis town down some pretty steep hills, but we used the local bus service which was cheap and regular.

Beautiful villa where we spent 3 perfect days! The spa is very nice, the rooms are spacious. Advantage of having 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. The exterior is well maintained, and pleasant as well. Host Lionel was available and responsive throughout the stay!

Team seminar (15 people) that went wonderfully in Fanny's cottage, very accommodating and welcoming. The house is very nice, clean and well-equipped, with all possible activities (swimming pool, tennis, ping pong, petanque, hiking, etc.). We'd love to go back.

We had very nice days at the property. The outdoor area is incredible with the view and the green garden. Everything necessary is also available inside, we lacked nothing. We would come back.

A beautiful house in a great location... very close to local restaurants, shops and the market. Stunning view from the terrace and pool. Very responsive to our queries. Provided plenty of equipment for the two very young babies that we had with us.

Second stay in this beautiful home and we are as happy as the first time. The house is large and well-equipped, shops available on foot and bus that takes you to the old port. Very responsive, attentive and caring host. I recommend it without hesitating.

An ideal villa for a weekend in Marseille. we loved the pool. The proximity of the metro makes the place absolutely perfect for getaways. near the Velodrome Stadium. Big recommendation!

A great beautiful house with a beautiful large garden. Everything super neatly maintained. In the front space to park the car within the walled garden, with a lovely swimming pool and very nicely landscaped with two seats with umbrellas. Nice fish pond and beautiful plants. At the back plenty of space to eat outside with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and even a pizza oven. Also with nice seats to relax in the sun or shade. Furthermore, a part of the garden with a large jeu de boule court all in the shade. From the house you can walk to the beach or boulevard in 10-15 minutes. Also in 10-15 minutes in the center of Marseille. Ideal.

It's a yes! A house in a great location, between the calm of the 12th arrondissement and the proximity to the city center, which makes it its main quality. Indeed, the nearest metro station is a 5-minute walk away and easily connects to the center. In addition, the supermarkets, bakery and tobacco shop near the house, give a real interest to the location of the villa. The pool is the centerpiece of the property. Although cleanliness was not up to par on arrival and therefore had to be remedied, we were all able to make the most of it during the stay. Following the unexpected situation, Antoine was very responsive and resolved the issue within a day. This moment is representative of Antoine's involvement during the week. Overall, the house is quite well equipped and pleasant to stay in. The number of rooms is more than enough for 8 people. If we compare it with the price, it's very respectable. I would highly recommend

This is truly a little slice of paradise! The views from the covered patio and primary bedroom are breathtaking. The location is wonderful, and easy to walk to a nice size grocery, several restaurant choices, and a nice boulangerie. Just beside the house is a wonderful path that goes beside the ocean and is perfect for a morning or evening walk. You can reach the port in Carry Le Rouet using this path (about a 30 minute walk) and find more restaurant choices. We stayed for a week and didn’t want to leave!!
