Beachfront holiday rental in Plage des Raisins Clairs

Thanks to Isabelle for her welcome and for providing a bed and a baby chair quickly for our 2 year old child.

We felt very comfortable. The impressive ceiling height has created a beautiful atmosphere. Great view. Parking nearby. Beach access. Good baker in the complex. We also liked the beach right by the apartment. You can also snorkel well here and there are some food trucks further up. Veronika greeted and said goodbye to us personally. She spoke English with us. Was always available and easy to reach, gave us good advice on all questions. Great service. We got water and fruit as a welcome. The apartment is very well equipped from irons to snorkeling equipment to beach chairs, everything is available. We are just a little sad that we only booked 5 days. We could have held out here for a long time. We'll be happy to come back.

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

Very nice accommodation located in a quiet residence, with a beautiful pool and a small very pretty beach. We appreciated Isabelle's availability, who welcomed us very warmly. We really enjoyed our stay in Grande Terre!

Clean place. Beautiful pool which is huge and clean. The accommodation is rather old but it is very clean. Good location. Need a car for the area. Romain is an excellent host. Good little restaurant Ti-Coco. Small private beachfront.

An apartment that matches the description, feet in the water and in a quiet, clean, well-maintained residence. Shops nearby The shutter squeaks a little loudly when opening/closing, but it's the only detail to improve... In short, nothing to complain about!! I recommend

Chantal was a great host always available to help us. Her apartment was super clean with all the amenities, wonderful kitchen and a nice terrace. Close to St. Anna Beach and to the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.

We did not meet Sébastien (he does not live in Guadeloupe) but Martine, who welcomed us extremely well. She adapts to the arrival time (delayed flight) and is available on site during the stay (she lives next to the apartment for rent). Very clean apartment, very good location. Infinity pool, with ocean views. Well air-conditioned accommodation. Welcome basket which is always nice (fruits, punch, fruit juice, etc.) We recommend this place without a second thought.

We had a wonderful week at this place, everything was as described. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and ideally located for exploring the area. The pool was simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing at any time. The private beach, on the other hand, was a real plus, offering an exceptional setting to enjoy the calm and sun. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to spend a lovely vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and the punch bowl is a big plus. A real cabin! Aurore's welcome is perfect and she will give you plenty of recommendations on activities, restaurants and other nearby.

We spent three weeks at Nathalie's, she was responsive to our questions, we were very well located a few steps away from everything! The apartment was as described, clean and very well furnished, if I can carry a review and/or suggestion for our part given that we were preparing our meals most of the time , there were only 2 rounds to cook without an oven! I think a simple little Airfryer would have been perfect because the size of the kitchen is small but very functional! We had an excellent holiday and highly recommend the apartment! Sylvain's place was lovely. Its location right at the beach was perfect and having access to the loungers on the beach was great. The pool is well maintained. While the property, as a whole could use a facelift, Sylvain's apartment was nicely designed and decorated, well maintained and immaculately clean. Marie, the concierge, was proactive with her communication and readily available. Sylvain's place was lovely. Its location, right on the beach, was perfect and the access to the beach loungers was appreciated. The pool is well-maintained. If the property as a whole would need a little refreshment, Sylvain's apartment was nicely designed and decorated, well maintained and impeccably clean. Marie, the concierge, was responsive and available.

Anne Marie's welcome is very nice. Her large apartment is very pleasant, tastefully decorated (with lots of his creations) and very well equipped. Umbrella, beach chairs, insulated bag, etc, everything is there to allow you to fully enjoy the environment. Located in a quiet, secure and pleasant complex, the accommodation is 300 meters from Les Raisins Clairs beach (not to mention the two swimming pools). It also has the advantage of offering the service of a bakery, a chef's table, a pizzeria and a beach restaurant, as well as a mini supermarket (a short drive away you will find two supermarkets). Its location is also ideal for visiting Grande-Terre. We would recommend it.

We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.

Very nice very comfortable house whose common areas are all open by large doors on a large furnished terrace adjacent to a beautiful large pool. Really wow! Very clean and well-appointed house inside and out. Nice welcome by the Concierge who is very available and attentive to our comfort and is very generous with advice and suggestions. Located near the beautiful beach of light grapes. Well located for large sales areas (Carrefour and Monoprix).

Great stay! Confirmed apartment, very well equipped and furnished with a very useful balcony! The environment is very nice, a great pool but we did not practice because the apartment overlooks a beautiful blue lagoon!
