Highly recommend this property. Situated in the heart of the Old town, everything you need is within walking distance, or just outside the property. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Spotlessly clean, easy self check-in. we were a group of 5 friends and we had an amazing holiday in this beautiful location. Thank you.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Pascal is the best and kindest host, he went out of his way to accommodate us and was a big help with luggage storage as we had a late flight home. The airbnb is in the prime location right in the heart of the old town on a very pretty street with colourful lanterns and lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. I thought this would mean it might be noisy at night but it wasn’t a problem at all. The apartment is all very new, super clean and the most comfortable bed too even though it is a sofa bed! Cosy but with everything you could possibly need. 5*!

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

The house was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Angela mentioned she appreciates Japanese guests, who are known for being clean and respectful. I even suggested she visit Japan, and she happily told me it’s already her next holiday destination! Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Le Loft est tres bien placé, à proximité de restaurants, boulangerie et supermarché. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture, Royal! De plus, Bravo car tout équipé, cela faisait longtemps qu'on n'avait pas eu un appartement avec autant d'équipement à disposition ! Kevin est super, bel accueil, plein d'explication et des recommandations.., très flexible et très réactif, on sent qu'il tient à ce que ces clients soient au petit soin et c'est top ! On retient l'adresse et on reviendra avec plaisir !

Staying at Hélène’s apartment was a dream. Nestled on the third floor in the heart of the old town, the space immediately felt like a home away from home—warm, cozy, and full of character. Hélène is a wonderful host—so welcoming, generous with local tips, and always quick to respond. She greeted me with a big smile and shared a curated list of local spots to eat, explore, and enjoy. That personal touch made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from fresh croissants, restaurants, markets, the beach, and historic streets. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Antibes, not just visit it.

L’appartement est bien placé : le bus 98 passe tout près (arrêt Château de l’Anglais) et permet d’aller à la vieille ville en 10 minutes. Jolie piscine dans la résidence, très agréable après les journées de marche . Et le top, la vue de l’appartement, on ne s’en lasse pas !

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

Svetlana and her place were amazing! You could listen to the water from the balcony and the beach was 100 yds away. The place is very secure and close enough to walk to everything, but you do not have to stay in the hustle and bustle of being in old town. 15 minute walk back along the water after dinner each night. Amazing stay. We will stay again when we return!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans le logement mis à disposition par Sandrine. La résidence était très très agréable, au calme mais à proximité de tout ! La plage etait juste en face, les commerces sont juste à côté également et le viel Antibes a 10 min à pieds, parfait ! Nous avions un bébé d’un an et l’appartement était très accessible (entrée large, ascenseur, garage, chambre au calme), Sandrine nous a également préparé le lit pour notre bébé avant notre arrivée. L’appartement était spacieux avec une superbe vue! Nous pouvions profiter de cette vue en mangeant sur la première (grande) terrasse. Il y avait également une seconde terrasse très grande du côté des chambres donnant sur la piscine de la résidence. Merci à Sandrine pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Antibes, une ville sublime, tranquille et paisible. Le studio était petit mais très charmant, avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. L’accès est facile, et le stationnement ne pose aucun problème. Un grand merci à notre hôte, toujours présent et disponible pour toute question. Nous recommandons vivement !

Très bon accueil. L'appartement est idéalement bien situé, à 5 minutes du centre ville et de la plage. Il est aussi fonctionnel avec une décoration au top. On s'y s'en très bien. Et le plus plus, la terrasse avec vue sur la mer et ses bateaux. Merci aussi à toutes les petites attentions qui nous attendaient et qui nous à éviter de courir pour faire le plein ! Nous reviendrons.

I’ve spent over 20 years searching for the best view in Antibes, and I HAVE FOUND IT! This apartment has a view balcony that is almost impossible to leave. Pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment itself is cute and cozy—has everything you need for a seaside holiday. Bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was new and clean. Karin was welcoming and responsive, and was able to accommodate our early arrival bag drop-off. Everything was even better than expected, and we will definitely return!

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

Cute little apartment with a big restroom! Everything we needed was there apart for some missing ingredients for cooking. It’s well located above many cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s very cute and easy to find (it’s only a 13 mins walk from the train station) and accessible to nearby beaches (also easy and short trip to Cannes from the train station). The only con is the noise from the cafes and restaurants going late into the night as the apartment is above them, but if you put a little white noise on or are tired enough, the noise drowns out. Thank you for a great stay!

Joyce‘s place is near the sea and with walking distance to enjoy the ocean. The room itself is well designed, so even it is not a huge studio you will find everything you need. Landlord is very responsive.

Nice apartment in a great, central location. It was perfect for my parents who were staying there because it was on the ground level (no stairs), has AC, and yet still right in the heart of old town. Not a lot of natural light, but really well decorated and maintained. I’d recommend!

As a family that travels the world, this rental location is one of the few that we want to return to many times over again. Rebecca was extremely kind and helpful at every request and the flat was perfect.
