Well located, a 5-minute walk to the beaches and good restaurants. Apartment with reversible air conditioning, 1 bedroom, living room and equipped open kitchen. Recently renovated, bedroom with closet, large mirror and king size bed (180 x 200 cm). The living room has a sofa bed that is 130 cm wide and 220 cm long, a smart TV and dining table.
