This detached house, very pleasant to stay in, is very well located, on more than 5000 m² of a neat, wooded, flowered and enclosed garden. The interior is neat, comfortable, modern. It benefits from a beautiful and large terrace with barbecue and a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. The setting is quiet, ideal for a total change of scenery. This soft and wild region, generously overlooking the gulf, mixes countryside and mountain and is crisscrossed by narrow roads crossing typical villages.

Direct beach access, great for vacation!

25 km from Ajaccio, on the edge of the Gulf of La Liscia, rents beautiful apartment in a quiet residence in the middle of a pretty park of greenery and flowers. Access to the lovely and wide sandy beach is direct. Essential shops are less than 200M AWAY! Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, newspapers, post office... This corner of Corsica is beautiful, exotic, away from crowds, quiet, even in the middle of August ! The place is ideal for children and to visit the most beautiful sites in Corsica....

This apartment has a unique seafront location. Access to the beach is through a secure driveway,outside of any car traffic. A pool common to the entire residence is on the way to the beach. Near the residence, a 2-minute walk away you will find a supermarket, a medical center, a pharmacy, the post office, a beach article store.

SEASIDE – T4 with Pool

Françoise was very welcoming and responsive upon arrival. Vianney and Cecile were very responsive and responded to our requests in advance and heard from us at the beginning of the stay. Superb view, clean apartment, and well decorated, everything you need is there! We had fun "discovering" the many storage areas. PS: the boards and plugs are in 2 secret drawers in the large drawers under the high table☺️. Air conditioning for the main room would be a plus but there is air conditioning in all bedrooms and you sleep very well! We missed being able to go out in the evening to walk in the "town" because on foot apart from the beach there is no entertainment or activities. Close to Ajaccio and Piana. We recommend the accommodation!!!

Thanks again to Pierre for his responsiveness and the flexibility he showed for our arrival and departure. The accommodation is very well equipped, quiet and very well located. The beach and small local shops are within walking distance, ideal for visiting this beautiful island! We had a great time!!

Excellent stay at Franck's, the apartment is great and very well equipped. Small thoughtful touches make the stay even easier and more enjoyable (coffee, condiments, laundry, etc.). Check-in is autonomous but Franck is available if needed, very friendly and gives good advice. The garden offers an incredible view of the sea and mountains. Facing due west, the sunsets in the evening are fantastic. There is plenty of room, which allows you to bring the car in and, for the epicureans, to turn on the BBC in front of this magnificent painting. The area is superb, the location is ideal, very quiet with shops less than 5 minutes' drive away. Access to the house is via a beautiful steep hill, but as with hiking, the effort is worth it.
