From the apartment there is immediate access to the promenade (pº Butrón), Hondarribia beach and the Marina neighborhood, an old fishing district.<br><br>It is an exclusive apartment located on a private and closed plot of 1,400 m2 for the exclusive use of various tourist accommodation. The plot has a swimming pool, solarium, small gym and parking space with the possibility of an electric charger for vehicles. It also has a beautiful garden with two wonderful palm trees.<br><br>With capacity for 8 people and located on the first floor of the building, Akartegi is spread over two floors. On the main floor, in addition to the living area, there is the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a beautiful terrace with views over the garden.
