Located 70 m away and with direct access to the sandy beach (lifeguard station) as well as the port and shops, cinemas. Private parking space. Pets not allowed, no smoking. Linens not provided, possibility to rent linens at the island laundromat. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants unless otherwise agreed. It is a fully equipped studio on Miramar Beach in a quiet and secure residence with a reserved parking space. View of the sea and the islands. Wide choice of restaurants and shops. The beach is at your feet as well as a pétanque court (balls available). At the port, shuttles in summer, to Porquerolles and to St Tropez, in winter depart from the port of Hyeres. L'Argentière Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Check-in after 2pm and checkout before 12pm, self-contained. Booking is possible all year round.
