Chalet “mazot” dans un écrin de verdure avec petit jardin privatif et terrasse. Situé au coeur du parc naturel du Haut Jura et de la région des lacs, à 820 M d’altitude, le chalet est un havre de paix. Le Lac d’Etival à 1,5KM, commerces à 9KM( Clairvaux les Lacs), pistes de ski de fond à 6KM, pistes ski de descente à 30 minutes en voiture. Nombreuses balades ou VTT à faire depuis le chalet. Autres activités sports nautiques, équitation, accrobranche,raquettes, luge tout dans un rayon de 15KM.

Studio de 40 m2 éco-rénové, avec cheminée, labellisé 3 étoiles, dans le Haut-Bugey, entre prés et forêts, à 1000 mètres d'altitude, au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison, au bout d'un petit hameau, avec accès à un très grand jardin, labellisé LPO, cultivé en permaculture, avec haies fruitières et potager. Nous veillons à ce que notre jardin soit un écosystème équilibré (et esthétique!). Nous aimons partager nos légumes et nos connaissances avec les visiteurs qui séjournent chez nous!

TGV train station 15 minutes' drive. Ideal setting for rest, hiking, downhill skiing and cross-country skiing in winter. A tree climbing park installed in July 2020 for the summer. The studio is on the ground floor of a pretty chalet. Next to the chalet is the sled run and the children's ski lift.
