Bright, Clean and quiet apartment facing a courtyard, well equipped and close to Montparnasse. The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. You will find some good amenities, including all the necessary appliances (Washer, Dish Washer, etc) and small attentions to simplify your stay, and make you feel at home while on travel ! Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by.
