Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Plan-d'Orgon

What a gem of a place and hosts! We traveled to quite a few places during our 2.5 week trip through Europe, and this was by far our favorite stay. Located in the Luberon Valley in the medieval town of Ménerbes, Provence, you only had to look outside of your window to see the vibrant purple shades of the blooming summer lavenders and lavandines. The stay was well appointed with everything you’d need, and the private courtyard provided breathtaking views of the valleys and nearby mountains. The town and stay are rich in history - you’ll enjoy learning about it from hosts Maria and Francois, who are absolutely delightful. A beautiful breakfast of local fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and yogurt was provided, which gave us enough fuel for a long day of walking and sightseeing. My favorite part of it all were the conversations we had with Maria and Francois over breakfast - they’re quite charming and funny; we exchanged stories of our lives and travels. Highly recommend this stay!

Nice apartment with great host. The property is as described, big enough for 2 persons. Clean and cosy. It is situated by the canal which is not so nice. The bathroom is separated from the toilet room, which is not so bad. But the bathroom is in fact the part of the bedroom because there is no door between those two. For me that is not a good solution. Other than the fact that it is by the canal, the location is great. Quiet neighbourhood, 5-10min walking to the centre. Parking place is in front of the apartment but it is marked bly so it is free for parking but you can stay max 2 hours. Near the place is a big non-stop free parking. We were there for 5 days and found place for free parking every day. Laura was a great host. She responded to messages very fast, and with clear answers. Check-in, and check-out was very easy with locker.

Nous remercions Fabrice pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa flexibilité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce mas, le cadre est agréable et paisible. L’hébergement est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. La literie est confortable. Nous avons apprécié prendre nos repas à l’extérieur au bord de la piscine. Tout était parfait ! Encore un grand merci à Fabrice, vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermés !

Frédérique a été à l’écoute de nos besoins . Le lieu est magnifique , situé à proximité des endroits a visiter . La maison est typique de la région , offrant tout le confort . La piscine , agréable , pour se rafraîchir . Un endroit proche de tout , mais calme . Nous avons passé des vacances de détente , grâce au merveilleux jardin .

Séjour absolument parfait chez Muriel. Accueillis chaleureusement par son papa, nous avons ensuite découvert un logement impeccable, fidèle à la description et encore plus confortable que nous ne l'aurions imaginé. L'endroit calme, la terrasse ombragée, le jardin arboré, les oliviers, les multiples chants d'oiseaux, le petit canal au fond du terrain; tout était réuni pour une ambiance vacancière parfaitement réussie. Les environs regorgent de très beaux villages à visiter : Lacoste, Bonnieux, Ménerbes, Lourmarin, Gordes, ... chacun facilement accessible depuis Cheval-Blanc. Un tout grand merci à Muriel et à son papa pour ce séjour sans la moindre fausse note dans cette région du Luberon qui a tant à offrir.

Nous avions un mariage au Mas des Costes juste à coté et c'était absolument parfait pour en faire un weekend entre copains Vraiment top top je recommande sans hésiter !

Magical!! Andy and Jess have an absolutely beautiful place that embodies what Airbnb is all about! The decor is well thought out and gorgeous with beautiful French antiques and comfy furniture. The yard was massive with a perfect swimming pool, big grassy area, and places to sit in the shade. We made dinner one evening and sat and chatted with our host which was probably one of our favorite nights. Andy was so warm and welcoming and gave us lots of tips for cute towns and markets. The animals were the happiest pets I’ve ever met and it was fun to hang out with the 2 sweet dogs and friendly cat. Can’t say enough good things about this property. You can feel the soul of it as soon as you enter and I only wish we’d had more time here on our trip through France. Thank you Andy and Jess for your hospitality!

Nous avons passés quelques jours avec notre petit garçon de 2ans. Le logement est totalement adapté à des enfants, il y a tout l équipement mobilier / jeux / vaisselle! Pour les parents, un bel extérieur pour profiter durant les siestes du petit. Nous reviendrons :) et l espace intérieur est parfait!

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in St Remy verbracht, die Unterkunft ist ruhig und schön, die Kinder haben den Pool genossen. Sandrine ist eine gute Gastgeberin!

Très joli appartement au centre de Cavaillon ! Nous n'avions pas de voiture et il était tout à fait possible de prendre des bus pour visiter à partir de la gare qui est à moins de 5min à pieds :) Le logement est bien équipé, la clim sous 35 degrés était bien agréable. L'hôte communique très bien et nous a donné de bonnes recommandations ! Nous notons juste le canapé lit qui n'est pas des plus agréables, mais pour 5 jours ça fait tout à fait l'affaire !

We had a wonderful vacation in the Provence! Valerie's place is beautiful and set in one of the most beautiful and quiet villages in the region. It has great views and it made us feel really at home. The apartment has everything that we needed - it was clean, very cozy and tastefully furnished. Valerie was a great host - she gave us excellent recommendations about the local restaurants and we felt really welcomed there. We will definitely come back!

The studio is well-equipped for a comfortable, restful stay, and in close proximity to the most beautiful villages in the Luberon. Catherine offered wonderful recommendations and insight into the region. I appreciated also her friendly and discreet presence. It was a pleasure staying; my only regret is that it wasn't long enough so we will definitely return.

Fabienne’s apartment was delightful with beautiful furniture and a great kitchen and amenities. Everything was of a very high quality, terrific shower and lovely area to relax. The building was lovely and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Tout était parfait. Un logement impeccable, bien équipé, un jardin et terrasse très agréables, la piscine nickel, pas de vis à vis. Philippe a été un hôte d'une grande discrétion et d'une grande gentillesse. Si vous cherchez un bon moment de répit dans un endroit calme et reposant, foncez.

Peaceful getaway. Host is very friendly, flexible and responsive. Enjoyed the pool after a warm day sightseeing, playing pétanque under the lights and sleeping in the quiet countryside. It’s easy to miss the entrance but you’ll soon find yourself inside a beautiful property when the gates open. We would definitely return if visiting the area in the future.

Lovely stay in the apartment, which had everything you needed. Garage provided which was a blessing to keep the car cool, but if you have an estate or SUV manoeuvring in would be difficult. Easy distance from supermarket and centrally places for touring Provence.

Un bout de Paradis au milieu des vignes. Véronique et Pascal sont charmants et très discrets. Nous avons pu échanger avec eux sur leur passion et sur leurs Arts. Ils sont passionnants. Notre logement était parfait, tel la description. Les plafonds sont bas à l’étage mais comme indiqué dans la description pas de surprise. Une literie parfaite et une très jolie décoration apaisante. Je recommande vivement. Nous y retournerons je pense.

The host was super responsive. Apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Very close to restaurants. Everything was clean, no issues at all.

Wir würden 10 Sterne vergeben, die Wohnung ist toll, die Lage der Vera da über dem Fluss, die Terrasse am Fluss gibt eine natürliche Klimatisierung an heissen Tagen, am Abend ist die Stimmung besonders gemütlich mit dem Plätschern des Flusses, den sich darin Spiegelungen Lichtern von Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Im Herzen des viel besuchten Städtchens, wo abends die Ruhe einkehrt. Dann der bequemer Privatparkplatz und nachmittags unter den Platanen am Fluss im grossen Privatpark sitzen und ein Buch lesen. Wunderbar. Wir können die Wohnung unbedingt empfehlen. Denis war immer erreichbar und hat uns den Checkin bestens ermöglicht und viele Tipps gegeben. Er ist sehr nett und seinen Gästen gegenüber aufgeschlossen. Danke Denis für alles!

Très belle appartement nous avons eu la chance de dormir sur un matelas neuf et excellent. Pleins de belles attentions petit gâteux bouteille d’eau gazeuse au frigo . La communication avec Philippe et Christine est top très réactif Nous conseillons

Admirer un coucher de soleil magnifique depuis la terrasse qui donne sur un étang, une belle vue et un calme extradordinaire, voilà ce que je garde en tête de mon petit séjour dans ce bel appartement bien équipé et bien fonctionnel. Arrivés à 2h du matin avec deux enfants en bas âge, le livret d'accueil transmis par Alfred avant l'arrivée m'a bien rassurée quand à l'organisation. Le lit bébé déjà préparé, l'appartement qui contient tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner en famille et surtout le calme m'ont bien donné raison d'avoir choisi ce logement pour mon séjour plutôt que d'aller à l'hôtel. Alfred est très réactif et bien accueillant. Merci beaucoup

Béatrice is lovely and helpful. Friendly and welcoming to us and very kind with my dog. We had a relaxing and happy week here. The big pool is absolutely fantastic and the area around is private, spacious, practical and so very welcoming to enjoy. Swimming in the evening too with the trees around and the moon shining was just wonderful! Secure to park your car - everything feels safe and peaceful. We were so fortunate to be able to get this week as it’s booked up now for all of summer - definetly recommend! Thank you for our stay :)

Très bel appartement, nous sommes tombés sous son charme, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé, situé dans une résidence privée et sécurisée avec un beau parc bien entretenu avec la Sorgue à côté que du bonheur ! Le parking privé, un plus dans ce village très touristique ! Nous avons été sensibles par les délicates attentions laissées par Isabelle et Mathieu à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement proposé par Laurence et Philippe. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et vraiment confortable – on s’y sent tout de suite bien. Laurence et Philippe nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et ont été très disponibles et arrangeants tout au long du séjour. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur bienveillance ont vraiment contribué à rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable. Merci à eux pour tout ! On reviendra avec plaisir! Katia et Cathy
