We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very comfortable and has beautiful ocean views! The hotel pools and beach club were great and had excellent service. Our host was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Place was clean, didn’t have any problems with the place during my stay. During the weekends, parking gets hectic, but its not really something the hosts can control. Overall nice place to stay and communication was solid.

It was a great experience — the apartment matched the description perfectly. I was extremely satisfied: pleasant, beautiful, comfortable, it felt just like home. I truly enjoyed spending time in that apartment and would definitely do it again. A small vacation that was absolutely worth it. Very satisfied — I highly recommend it to everyone.

Joanne is a great hostess. She communicates very well and is responsive to requests and inquiries. The location is ideal, located just off of Ocean Boulevard (A1A) on a quite low traffic side street. The location is very close to the beaches, several great restaurants and local attractions and very accessible to I95 if you wish to travers North or South. Very clean accommodations, with a dedicated parking spot and private entrance. The shared laundry is right out the back door as well as a gas grill. This was our second stay at Joanne's unity and will likely stay there again in the future.

Gloria was an absolute gem to work with. She was responsive and extremely helpful. Her place is cute and the view is incredible! I loved the location and amnentities on site too. I would highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again. It was a pleasure working with Gloria. Thank you for being so accommodating and making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a beautiful stay. Great communication and very clear instructions for check-in/out. A fantastic host who has thought of everything you could want or need. We loved having a beach cart, chairs and umbrella available for the short walk to the beach! Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay at kandazen

This was the most amazing Airbnb that we have ever stayed in for family of 5 adults. Every detail made our stay feel like a resort vacation. The communication and responsiveness was amazing! Every fancy item in the kitchen you would ever want including a nespresso machine, tons of pool towels, beach accessories, all high quality hair dyers, steamers, so many tvs, a speaker and even a bench and weight set. They literally thought of everything! The pool and outside seating areas made our stay even more perfect. We essentially lived in the pool! We didn't want to leave. We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for an amazing kick off to our crazy summer!

This spot is perfect and will now be one of our go to vacations. 30 second walk to beach. Peaceful, private and felt at home. Right next store to cafe and wine garden. What’s not in walking distance you can catch the circuit (golf cart uber) for practically nothing. At least half of the people we talked to have been coming here regularly and also had wonderful things to say. We even extended our stay! Marianela made our trip go from great to the best, she really cares about the property and people. We had zero issues and will definitely be back.

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

Absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious and clean the place was. We were a group of six, including three of us experiencing Florida for the first time, and this Airbnb couldn’t have made a better impression. The layout was perfect for a group, with plenty of room to relax, and the location was just unbeatable — right across from the beach, with incredible views. One of our favorite parts was the tiki bar downstairs — such a fun and convenient spot to hang out without having to go far. And, the Mahi Mahi fingers were sooo delicious. The valet service was also a great touch, making it super easy to come and go without any stress. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants and beachside spots, all just a short walk away. The host was fantastic — clear, friendly, and communicative every step of the way. The instructions were easy to follow, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Ov

Pictures don’t do this place ANYYYY justice! Had the most amazing anniversary trip at this condo! Literally the only place to stay when in Miami! Complete luxury! Will definitely be the only place I stay any time I’m in the area! JC was very responsive and kind! Also Sunday brunch buffet at Terrazas on the 9th floor 10/10!!! Loved everything about our stay! ♥️♥️

We had a fantastic time and the condo is beautiful! It was immaculate and spacious! Joe was communicative and explained everything very well. It was also a great location and we were able to walk to all of the restaurants.

Brian and Aleyda are outstanding hosts! Their Beach House is located a very short walk - 1 minute - to the Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The place is perfect for couples and families, well equipped and spotlessly clean. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that is close enough to restaurants, shopping and nightlife but far enough away so you are not bothered by the noise and traffic, then this is the perfect place. Hosts are very accommodating, communicate quickly and are always willing to assist with any questions. We spoke to neighbors on the Beach who asked us where we are staying, and they told us that Brian and Aleyda's house is the best in the area, and they are great people. We will definitely be returning.

Bryan’s Airbnb was absolutely breathtaking! The property was even more stunning in person—spacious, beautifully decorated, and truly set the tone for our unforgettable weekend. The location couldn’t have been better—just 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Beach and within a short walking distance to Publix and a variety of great food spots. Super convenient! What really made our experience top-tier was Bryan himself. He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival when our flights got in ahead of schedule. His flexibility and attentiveness made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. If you’re planning a group trip, girls getaway, or special celebration, this is the spot. The Airbnb is organized, clean, and spacious. Everything we needed and more was provided. The beach is a super close walk, and the private access was very nice. I highly recommend staying at Kyle’s place!

Beautiful location and the ocean view is amazing. The location was perfect, we were walking distance to nearby grocery and convenience store. The staff were amazing, very friendly. The pool area is clean and relaxing. This location is directly on the beach, very short walk to beach area. The unit is updated and the balcony is very large in size. We are already looking to book again in the near future.
