Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Plat

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

The view is a 15/10 and Irena was a great hostess! She was very proactive and took great care of me when I got sick. She made an extra trip with linens and had plenty of suggestions on where to get additional supplies. Even before I felt up for leaving the apartment, the view was healing in and of itself! Irena was also immediately helpful (at 10:30 at night!) in getting on the phone with the internet provider to reset the WiFi after a brief power outage that affected the entire bay. She got us up and running in just a few minutes! So grateful we stayed here!

We had an incredible stay in Dubrovnik. Seno was an amazing host. This apartment was breathtaking, extremely clean, WE LOVED IT!! Amazing view. Cannot recommend it enough. We will definitely we coming back.

You could consider being more responsive to messages, especially around check-in. When someone is travelling—like we were, coming from Albania—it’s reassuring to know everything is confirmed. We weren’t sure if the booking was secure, and since we hadn’t heard back from the host, we were worried we might have to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

A beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Great communication, super clean apartment with all essentials for actually cooking for yourself and v comfy bed. Felt v safe as a solo traveller. Incredible views, lovely local walks with more gorgeous views. Loved taking the kayak out and enjoying the crystal clear water. It was super quiet when I went, imagine it's a little busier in summer. Darko and family very welcoming, I'd love to go back one day.

Fantastic stay all around. Dominik was a fabulous host that communicated with us before arriving and throughout our stay. He met us when we checked in and gave us suggestions on things to do in Dubrovnik. The apartment location can’t be beat. It’s right out the city walls and close to everything. Highly recommend staying here!

Stayed in the apartment for a full week! A very nice place to explore the lower part of Croatia. Beach within walking distance. Nice place to park the car. Delightfully cool and clean apartment with a fantastic view! I want to go back!

Amazing apartment! The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable inside. The location is perfect as you get the amazing views, but can walk down to the old town very quickly. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a superb stay at Blue Infinity, Daniela was a fantastic host , made us feel at ease and simplified everything. The location is about a 20 min walk to the old town so perfect for exploring. We loved having access to the sea in a private area although it was a quite a few steps to climb up and down but we managed fine and it was a perfect location to swim and view !

Truly just a perfect stay. You can’t go wrong with a listing that has hundreds of 5-star reviews. The best part was the incredible VIEW!! Coffee on the balcony every morning was a huge highlight. Other perks: the house was clean, organized, clutter free, and functional. Few people check all the boxes of hosting like Emilio. He met us at the bottom of the steps and carried our suitcases up, arranged transfer from and to the airport (one being at 4:30 am), provided coffee, wine, toast etc. It was so nice to have essentials after arriving to our first stop straight from the USA. The stairs up from old town are tough as others said. We did them once and then took Uber after that (8-13 usd) so figure that into your budget. We did walk down most times, even that can be strenuous. But totally worth it for the view. The stairs from the street to the house are manageable (I’m 6.5 months pregnant so I wasn’t sure based on other reviews). One of our favorite Airbnb stays to date!

Absolutely a 5-star stay! The apartment in Cavtat was perfect—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The views were stunning, with beautiful sights of the sea and surrounding mountains. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beach with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. We also loved how easy it was to take the boat to Dubrovnik’s Old Town—such a scenic and relaxing way to travel. The host was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Croatian coast!

Very enjoyable stay. Super apartment.

We were very pleased and our expectations were exceeded in many ways. Beautiful views were astonishing and the pool area was peaceful and clean as well as equiped with good sunbeds. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. By using Uber we were able to achieve what we wanted, with very reasonable price, although local buses were available too.

Daniela is the ultimate host and her place is a real gem. The view from the balcony/terrace is stunning! The apartment is beautifully styled and feels like home - and spotlessly clean. It’s 10 mins walk into the old town and 7 mins walk to a lovely swimming spot - there were others also close by that we didn’t get to. The walks to town and beach are via picturesque walkways - you get a good workout uphill on the way back home (all of Dubrovnik is hilly). The apartment is well equiped with everything you could need - beach towels, beach bag to borrow. Lots of books on Dubrovnik, great recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do. Daniela even baked a divine apple and cinnamon cake and brought us up some while it was still hot. Daniela was super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed chatting with her as we came and went. A beautiful apartment and awesome host. Highly recommended!

That view is amazing, and you’re really close to everything in old town which is brilliant. AC unit is great in the living room and you can just leave the bedroom door open, would definitely recommend! Lena was really communicative and responsive, and the place was amazing. Thanks again ☺️

Vesna was super friendly and welcoming to us through the stay and even prior to our arrival. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay, plus gave great recommendations for things to do. Her place was exactly as the pictures show and was a walkable distance to beaches and the old town. And the view from the apartment speaks for itself- amazing. We would happily return again!

Ines' place is a perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing or swimming. I appreciated the all touches she puts in this Airbnb business, which she runs herself. The mini apartment is located in her beautiful villa (only 2 apartments are to rent, so not many tourists around). To go to the city you need to walk around 100 steps downhill (10 min by walk), if you don't want to climb back, you can rent a sharing scooter MYNT APP, which is cheap (3-4 Euro to drive back home from the city centre). Amazing stay at Toni’s place. Very friendly and responsive host and his mother in law was so lovely who showed us in. The place is in the perfect spot right in the old town. The garden area was beautiful and although people were walking the city walls it was amazing that the walls were so close. We even had our morning coffee with the cats and tortoises! Would highly recommend if you are after a place right in the old town with some beautiful outside space.

The apartment was great. We were even able to check in a little early. Apartment was very clean and tidy. We were given many things in the apartment to use and the refrigerator was filled with water, wine and beer. You felt very comfortable. Communication regarding check-out without problems. Very friendly interaction with each other. The apartment is many stairs away from the old town/new port. But we did everything on foot and that was totally okay. The value for money was definitely very good. We didn't regret choosing this apartment for a second and look forward to coming back soon.

We had a warm welcome by Ivana and she was helpful throughout our stay and happily arranged the taxi from and to the airport. Krešo was very helpful and friendly too. Lapad is such a lovely location, my 11 yrs old daughter said she had the best holiday ever 😊

loved this place. Dubrovnik is beautiful and this space is right in old town. amazing location and host was excellent.

Stayed 5 nights for a family get together (5 adults and an 18 month old). The property was great and had almost everything that we could have wished for. The views from the balconies are amazing and I can't recommend this place enough for those views alone! The cost of the stunning views is the steep descents and ascents from the beach and the old city but we are all keen walkers so we just soaked up the exercise. We did see loads of service busses passing the property every day so I am sure most of the climb could be avoided if preferred.
