Holiday rentals with a pool in Platges de Fornells

Very pretty, peaceful and private house tucked away in Cala Morell, overlooking the forest and surrounded by nature. Joana gave us easy directions to get to the house which is barely 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Ciutadella which has plenty of shops for everything you need and some very good restaurants. We visited in late October and the garden still gets the sun though the day with enough shade to cool down. There is a pool which overlooks only the calm of the forest. Two beautiful beaches are just up the coast, our favorite being Platja des Bot, a short walk through the trees from the carpark. Any communication with the hosts received an almost immediate response which makes any planning easier. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back next year. Thank you Joana and Miquel.

For a group of 6 this was perfect! Great location with stunning views, and easy access to the beach. The steps are not for the weak! Fab host, always very proactive and accommodating, couldn’t recommend enough! A tad noisy at times due to some minor renovation next door, but no complaints at all! Perfect overall

We were very pleased with the accommodation. There were no unpleasant surprises, and everything was as described/communicated.

We had a great vacation with my son. The season had not yet started at the end of April so it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the paddle court and the pool area. A beautiful beach was nearby about 3 minutes to walk. The accommodation is even better in real life than in the photos. A little attention was there when we arrived which I enjoyed very much. Gabriele was very responsive to my messages and gave me lots of recommendations. I had an issue with my rental car and fortunately it helped me. It was a great vacation. If I come back to Menorca I would go back with my eyes closed!!

Also, communication with Raquel was super easy; she was always available for any questions. It was a luxury to have a private pool for us.But the best thing is that the villa was fully equipped with the essentials and has very comfortable beds. Which made us very comfortable the whole time. Also, the location was great. It was close to everything we wanted to visit, but at the same time in a quiet area, ideal for rest. Definitely an experience I would repeat!”

we are just back from an extremely enjoyable week in Carlo's villa. it was just as the photos showed it. a lovely house that we felt right at home in from the get go. the pool and gardens were excellent. peaceful, not overlooked and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. we barbecued on the patio and enjoyed our evenings there. kitchen was full of everything we needed and the lounge even had a record player. perfect. beds comfy. water hot. we thought it was a great location as a base. there's a hotel across the road for nightcaps. we walked to the beach at Punta Prima. had an excellent meal at Bambu. loved the bakery cafe at Cala Torret. even though we hired a car for explorering there is an excellent taxi service based out of Sant Lluis that Carlo gave us the number for. they were super quick and reliable and took us to Ciutadella and Mahon. we would definitely stay here again if we were ever visiting this part of Menorca. One of our favorite Airbnb locations! The views were just incredible. It was so peaceful and quiet. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it. You do need to stock up on supplies but the grocery store is very close. It would have been nice to have more beach towels. We came from far away so couldn’t bring them with us easily. They do use a property manager so there is an extra charge for check in flexibility though they were kind enough to waive it for an hour early. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Jorge is precise, flexible and efficient for all necessary indications. Clean, tidy apartment in a Menorcan style. The location of the apartment is excellent both for enjoying the beach below on foot and as a starting point by car to explore the island. Highly recommended!

An ideal apartment! With all the amenities, the kitchen is very well-equipped and there are great views of the lighthouse. The pool is also great. We'll be back!

Our stay was great! Rober was very responsive and helpful.

Everything was perfect. Gemma is very polite and responds quickly. Great location. Everything you need for a week-long stay was available. Also, for us it was an advantage that there was a crib crib. Checkin / checkout went smooth. We were able to get in in the morning and Gemma was also very flexible when we left.

We had a great stay for 9 nights with our 3 year old toddler recently. The apartment was beautiful, in a quiet area of the town, walking distance to beach, supermarket and restaurants. There were so many conveniences to the apartment, toys for kids, large garden with sun loungers and other furniture to sit, things for the beach etc, everything has been well thought out to provide a relaxing space after a long ( hot ! ) day exploring. The apartment is suitable for anyone, but if you have kids, you would struggle to find a more perfect place to stay in the area. We will definitely be returning! And Thanks Andrea and Vick, you were great hosts and was lovely to meet you. This was an air bnb done right!

Accommodation faithful to the photos, clean, practical, with everything you need for a good stay. The neighborhood is quiet, supermarket a few minutes' walk, easy to park for free right next door. And the pool of the residence is a real plus

A perfect stay, nothing to repeat. It's beautiful, it's clean, it's quality. The staff are welcoming, helpful and smiling. The host is responsive and always very pleasant. The view and location of the apartment is perfect. We were seduced and we will come back next year for sure.

We had a great short time. The house was spotless and well equipped, spacious and peaceful; the person at the reception was very nice. The location allows an ideal base from which you can discover the island. The pool was large and clean and the whole family delighted. It was really too short!
