In the center of Champeix, a typical Auvergne village, this fully renovated studio is located on the first floor of a village house with independent entrance. Tourist village close to Besse, Super Besse, Murol, Saint Nectaire and the Auvergne lakes. Market on Friday mornings all year round, and at night on Wednesday evenings in July and August. The studio is close to all shops (bakeries, butcher shop, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, doctor, florist, press, Vival, Intermarché...).

It is composed of an outdoor courtyard: closed and secure, a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a toilet, an equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge with small freezer, a microwave), a dining room, a living room with a large sofa and a TV. 4 large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
