Beautiful mini apartment, like loft, facing the sea as in a southern resort, but in the city. It is in Chorrillos (border with Barranco) with all the comforts on the first floor. Everything is in one room except the small kitchen and the bathroom. Large window and high dining room to enjoy the view. You can walk along the boardwalk (malecón) at any time, we have 24/7 security and leave your car in the public parking lot that we have inside the urbanization calmly. Power wify.

Barranco, a unique tower with sea and park view

This apartment was one of the main reasons we stayed in Lima. It has the best view of the coastline and although it is in the heart of Barranco, you feel peace and can hear the sea at night. It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

La QUINTA DE BARRANCO is a complex of 6 duplexes, each with a particular style. Duplex 4 is a mini house with a very cozy rustic Andean style. It has a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. This duplex has everything you need to have a pleasant stay in the Barranco neighborhood. La Quinta has a beautiful terrace for community use, with tables to enjoy the atmosphere. The laundry room with washer and dryer is for community use.
