Above everything else, Angel is a excellent host who really communicates so well and cares about your time and experience you have at his home! The apartment is perfect for everything you need and location is close enough to most popular things in the hotel zone, even by walking through the former golf course as a short cut. Angel reached out to us to offer a solution beneficial to us both for the few days in-between two separate stays at his apartment with a discounted rate, which was really helpful! . Miriam’s place is beautiful. It’s a beach front condo in a resort property so there is security that made us feel safe. Finding the condo was a little tricky but Miriam gave us step by step instructions on how to locate it. Once inside the condo, the view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo has everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The king size bed was absolutely comfortable! I love how she has beach chairs & an umbrella available for us to use! Definitely a nice touch. Miriam was very friendly and communicative. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to anyone!

Bedding was clean, shower was clean, running hot water at all times. No smell in the bathroom. Pool was clean and beautiful and host was very friendly, called me once I landed and met me at the airbnb. Everything was walking distance. Main beach and all the restaurants. Did not run into any problems. Thank you for the great stay!

Mercedes was an amazing host who was always happy and willing to help and made sure we had an impeccable stay at what already was a perfect location. Great AirBnB hosted by an great host. Highly recommended.

First, I want to say that it was very easy to get to the location. Once we got there we were greeted by Raquel. She was so nice and professional. She helped our check in go smoothly. The condo was clean and just as pictured. We had everything we needed. From the kitchen to downstairs in the bedroom. We felt very safe and enjoyed the fact that it was quiet. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We had so many stores near by that were walkable. We ordered pizza one night and had no prob with the delivery. Got a drink from the bar by pool and enjoyed some relaxation time. We walked by the beach & took amazing photos for the memories. We had the mall right across the street if you enjoy shopping. We loved the fact that it was very easy for our pick ups when we were out and about on our tours. Eduardo was very responsive and his instructions were very clear. I wish I could’ve just stayed & live there as I found it a home away from home. Cant wait to be back!!! Yuumbotik!!!

Juan's apartment is really beautiful. I went with my family and we all loved it. Everything was very nice, clean and very well equipped, but above all, the view of the sea. Access to the beach and also to the pools. It is a family environment and very peaceful, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Couldn’t have asked for a better location for our first trip to Isla Mujeres! Beautiful beach views and close to shops & restaurants on both the north & south ends of the island! The house was clean & comfortable with plenty of room for our 2 families. Communication with the concierge prior to the trip was wonderful & they had golf carts rented & delivered right to the house for us! Someone met us at the house when we arrived & showed us around & gave us all the info we needed. The pool was cool & refreshing on the hot days & they provided plenty of beach towels to use. My only complaint was that the WiFi was spotty & didn’t work in one of the upstairs rooms. Not sure if the issue was the house specifically or just reception on the island in general. Either way we managed to have a great time without it! :)

Where to begin! The pictures don't do it justice. Amazing Villa/apartment. The guards very helpful and attentive, clean big spacious and the AC worked great! Just loved it

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

Sylvia's home was just perfect for our sisters getaway. 3br/ 3bath and a great living area to gather. The decks overlooking the ocean were perfect for morning coffee and cocktails by pool (overlooking the ocean) were splendid. Local concierges and housekeepers Maribel and Jose couldn't be more responsive and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment/condo! It was spacious, very well decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The air-conditioning and ceiling fans kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was ideal for us - right in the centre of the island, so it’s nice and quiet, but still within easy reach of the vibrant North Beach and the more laid-back South. There are plenty of great restaurants all over the island, so you’re really spoiled for choice. The on-site bar and restaurant were a great bonus as it was super convenient, especially for a relaxing drink after a day in the sun. Any noise from the bar ended by 10 pm, so it never disturbed us. We also loved having access to three different swimming pools, especially the rooftop , which was quiet with great views. Julie is a great host who was very welcoming and responsive to our needs, thanks Julie! We’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to return.

Unit was exactly as described and included all amenities. Very spacious, nice balcony with a beautiful view at sunset. Had no issues with hot water. Host had sunscreen and bug spray for guests to use during their stay - a very nice touch. The rooftop area and pool are absolutely amazing, with a gorgeous view!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent place, as seen in the photos and described. Very accessible, close to beaches, supermarkets and gas station. I would stay at the place again if I return to Cancun. BONUS, inside the condominium there is a shop and it serves meals in case you do not want to leave the place, you will find everything right there. The host was always on the lookout for everything to go well.

It is spacious, it was in a good location for what we wanted to do in Cancun but the place needs to be updated. Couches were dirty (light colors don’t hide). The hosts were very responsive but there was nothing they could do about the condition of the furniture and doors.

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful time there. The location is perfect for families; the pool is great for kids, and the nearby beach is shallow with small waves, making it ideal for them to play safely. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare any meals we desired. I highly recommend this place.

I really enjoyed my 5 night stay at Marielas place. It was truly just steps from the ocean and the pool. I rented a chair at the beach club one day and the service was great. It was 900 pesos for the day and you but you get 600 pesos in credit for food and drinks. My stay was in mid May and the pool and the beach didn’t really fill up with people until late afternoon. Since the condo is right above the pool you could hear the beach club music inside but it wasn’t a problem for me. Mariela and Lucy were very communicative before the stay and I didn’t have any issues or questions for them but I feel like they would have responded right away if I needed something from them. The condo location was very walkable and felt like a safe area for me to walk around in alone. I would stay again for sure.
