The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

It is located in the town of San Agustín, just a 200-meter walk from Playa de Las Burras. Through a relaxing walk you can access Playa de Las Burras or Playa del Inglés with their respective Beach Clubs where you can relax with good food or an aperitif and enjoy the excellent climate of the Island. It also has the San Agustín Shopping Center a 2-minute walk away with many well-known restaurants, places to have a drink, shops, supermarkets, and bus and taxi stops.

La Señorita is located in a prime location within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room. The building dates from the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six people. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. Here you can freely choose whether you want to have company or stay alone. Since we ourselves have animals, your little companions are also welcome. Children are also welcome.
