Holiday houses in Playa de las Coloradas

We had a lovely week in Casa Alena. We found the location perfect for us. The house was as described , very clean , the kitchen was well stocked with the right equipment to cook with & we enjoyed the outside space, heated pool & BBQ . Thank you so much for the cheese (it was delicious) & wine . Lovely views , especially of Ajache Grande ? So close to the supermarket (2 min walk) ,which had everything we needed. 5 minute walk to Papagayo Beach, 15/20minutes to Marina Rubicon, 45 minutes to Playa Blanca town. Excellent hosts, nothing a problem to them at all.

Maggys villa was absolutely beautiful, pristine and the photos don’t even do it justice! Maggy is a super responsive helpful host, answered all messages extremely quickly and was very friendly! When we arrived we hired a car as recommended by Maggy which was the perfect suggestion and helped our holiday massively, instructions were clear to the property, with gated parking, inside property was absolutely spotless, it was large spacious and beautifully decorated and clearly very well looked after. The rooms were spacious, bathrooms spotless, we had x3 towels each. Beds were very comfortable, very clean linen and plenty of storage in the rooms The kitchen was the perfect space for making delicious meals, plenty of equipment even including serving platters which we used daily! We adored the outside seating for all our meals and the pool was so lovely to have to ourselves. The area was quiet, private and perfect! Would highly recommend to anyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5. Book ASAP you won’t regre

We loved or stay. Very quiet with a great pool. 5 minute walk to the coast path which we walked everyday. 5 miles to the nice marina. Will be back. We found the bed so comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay here. We arrived early in the morning and hosts were super accommodating. The place was huge and very clean upon arrival—with all the kitchen essentials, beach towels, shampoo, etc. Beautiful balcony with comfy chairs. In a nice little complex with a beautiful view of the volcanoes, the sea, and a gorgeous pool, which was never busy and always relaxing! Within walking distance to the gorgeous Papagayo Beach and others. Amazing restaurants within a short drive or nice walk. Supermarket the street over with anything we needed. It was honestly perfect for us!! & would absolutely recommend & stay again. Thank you!!!

We have just returned from a 6 day break. We have had the most fabulous time and cannot fault the villa at all. It was just perfect for us. In a quiet, private setting but with shops and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk and lovely walks along the coast. The villa had everything we wanted or needed. Truly lovely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Augustin (host) was so responsive and lovely when we met him. We hope to return.

When self-catering it is so welcome to have 2 well stocked supermarkets such a short walk away. Dinos always well stocked for everything we needed and a lovely choice from their fresh food sections. We had no problem with ordering taxis if required; restaurants at Marina were fine; ... our holiday was a joy in fact. The view on opening the bedroom curtains in the mornings will stay with us for ever. And Suzanne... what a lovely lady you are.

This was a perfect spot for us for 4 weeks, with a dedicated workspace & reliable high speed internet, which was essential for me. It is a quiet area, yet only 10 mins lovely walk to marina where you will have lots of restaurants to select from. There is everything you need in the house, incl. kitchen essentials (salt, pepper etc). Spare towels, bed linen, great to have washing machine for longer stays. The pool area is lovely & clean, with few people around. Sunbed covers (& pegs for those windy days!) were great. We will be back !
