My home: Nice house very near to the beach.

My house is perfectly situated, in a quiet street. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well equipped kitchen and a big terrace (it is all round the house) and you can eat outside. It has a nice, little garden and a barbaque there. The house has Wi-fi internet. It is very near to the beach ( less 5 minute walking),. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year adding a considerable discount each month).

It is located in a unique and not widely known Spanish holiday destination. A hidden gem. Sweeping mountains and magnificent sandy beaches surround the bright apartment. The apartment is designed to offer both outdoor and indoor living; In summer, the living room and terrace follow an open view to the beach and mountains.

Apartment with a community pool, outdoor, nice and cozy in Oliva Playa, for 6 people. Each room has a large terrace and air conditioning. The vacation apartment is located in a beach and urban area, close to restaurants and bars (La Duna 200m), shops and supermarkets, 150 m from a beach of fine sand and dunes. A very quiet area in front of a park with trees and swings for children. Great communication with the beaches of Dénia and Gandía.

La Calma on the beachfront

Beachfront penthouse with seating for six. It has a suite with a double bed, a bathroom and a walk in closet. Two bedrooms with single beds in each and bathroom shared. It has an equipped kitchen and living room that overlook a spacious terrace with a direct view of the sea. The penthouse has large windows that let in natural light all day. In addition, it has 1 garage space and direct access to the beach. We disinfect with ozone machine.

This home has an unbeatable location 100m from the fine sandy beach with spectacular ocean views. The development has a pool and elevator. They don't have to worry about parking as there is a lot of street space in this area. It is equipped with A/C and a washing machine. Located 27 km from Denia. The closest airport is Valencia and Alicante Airport. This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family!

Central apartment with a large terrace. Ideal to enjoy the beach due to its good location (about 3 minutes walk). Ice cream parlors, restaurants and bus stop, all very close. Baby accessories. It is rented for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year, adding a considerable discount each month). Good Wifi service, it has a dishwasher.

Our very best booking so far! Perfect! Great & easy communication, very clean apartment; the amenities even much better than expected. Ximo thinks along and already ensures a completely stress-free vacation in advance. Whether laundry detergent, beach towels, coffee, iron, fast WiFi whatever it was available. In addition to Ximo's recommendations, there was also an unexpectedly delicious fruit gift. We have been booking via Airbnb for many years - this time it was unmatched! Next time in the region we will definitely book again via Ximo!

I spent a month in Paus accommodation in the immediate vicinity of the wonderful beach. Pau is the best host I've had so far, just spectacular! He took care of me from the beginning to the end of my stay and made sure that I lacked nothing. I was picked up from the train station and also taken back. During my stay, he took a trip with me, giving me recommendations for the most beautiful places in the region and showing me his garden, where I was treated to fresh fruit and homemade jam. What an experience, any time again!
