It consists of 3 bedrooms all with an exterior window, a living-dining room (with room for eight diners), a kitchen (equipped with a microwave, an independent ceramic stovetop, a coffee maker, etc.), a full bathroom and a toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine, 2 front and rear terraces. A total of 66 square meters of housing. Very close to the beach, cozy and family-friendly. With a welcome gift at the entrance.

My house: nice flat very near to the beach

My flat is in a quiet street in Oliva. It's a second floor. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen with dishwasher and two balcony. There's WIFI. The flat is very near to the beach (5-minute walking). It's very near to the bus too. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have added a considerable discount each month). For the summer, the apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

The vacation apartment is located in a beach and urban area, close to restaurants and bars (La Duna 200m), shops and supermarkets, 150 m from a beach of fine sand and dunes. Beachfront penthouse with seating for six. It has a suite with a double bed, a bathroom and a walk in closet. Two bedrooms with single beds in each and bathroom shared. It has an equipped kitchen and living room that overlook a spacious terrace with a direct view of the sea. The penthouse has large windows that let in natural light all day. In addition, it has 1 garage space and direct access to the beach. We disinfect with ozone machine.

Gorgeous two storey house with a beautiful rooftop terrace with sea, mountain and town views. Located in the old town of Oliva, with all necessary services walking distance. The long sandy beach is only 35 minutes walk away. The house has one bedroom, a big cozy lounge, a dinning room and kitchen as well as bathroom with separate toilet, a shower on the terrace and a second kitchen on the terrace.

Central apartment with a large terrace. Ideal to enjoy the beach due to its good location (about 3 minutes walk). Ice cream parlors, restaurants and bus stop, all very close. Baby accessories. It is rented for long stays at affordable prices (I have set specific prices for the different months of the year, adding a considerable discount each month). Good Wifi service, it has a dishwasher.
