Events or loud parties are not allowed, and only people listed in the reservation are allowed to sleep at the house. They are pet friendly and it is a suitable place for it. It is a 7-minute walk from the beach and the place is super quiet, relaxing and cozy. we'll definitely be back

I think Gabriela should improve a lot in the photographs in the description of the place, totally exceed our expectations, very nice, with all the amenities, although we did not expect the energy problem in Ecuador; however, the host is left hands, as a recommendation in need of the washing machine service, for a longer stay, in general excellent service and recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very close to the beach and so we had great views and the sound of the surf to sleep by. We had a little difficulty at check-in, but that was because we arrived early and had to wait two hours before the guard would let us in. We understood the security measures, but it did cause some difficulty with luggage. The view of the ocean, the pool and the Jacuzzi were a nice addition. The only issue with the Jacuzzi is that it was not very warm and the workers who adjust the temperature apparently leave early in the evening. We certainly recommend the property to other vacationers and would return to this location again because it was quiet and secure.
