Fantástico apartamento de una habitación con baño en suit más aseo, amplio salón cocina con sofá cama. Recién reformado en una localización única, en la misma plaza del ayuntamiento, entre la emblemática Playa de San Lorenzo y el puerto. Colindante con Cimadevilla, el barrio más famoso con su historia de pescadores. El apartamento está rodeado de un gran número de restaurantes y a dos pasos de todo, al situarse en el centro. Dispone de plaza de garaje (entrada de ascensor) todo tipo de coches.

Nuestro apartamento está ubicado en una zona residencial muy tranquila a 5 minutos de la playa y 15 caminando del centro de Gijón. Parking gratuito. Situado en el entresuelo de un edificio de 2 plantas y con 31,5 m2, consta de una habitación con cama matrimonial, un salón con amplio sofá-cama, baño, cocina y un estupendo patio ajardinado de 70 m2 para que puedas sentirte como en casa. La zona cuenta con todo tipo de servicios, supermercados, farmacias... ADVERTENCIA: No hay WIFI
