Awesome host and awesome house

We came here on a girls holiday the 7 of us. The location was perfect and in the middle of everything so all the popular hot spots were at our doorstep. The villa was beautiful as well, was the perfect place for a girls trip. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic place, met all our expectations on how amazing it looked in the photos. Was very helpful with checking in and out and was fast at replying when we had any questions. Location is great, only a minutes walk to the beach and close to the marina. Highly recommend staying here.

We hebben een zeer fijn verblijf gehad met partner en baby van 15maanden. Alles was in het huisje aanwezig en we voelde ons snel thuis! De tuin met het zwembadje is een plus. De communicatie met Abe verliep zeer vlotjes . We kregen de nodige informatie met een persoonlijke touch. Een auto is wel een verreiste als je wat wil gaan bezoeken en anders…echt een aanrader! We recently stayed here as a group of 11 for a hen do. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops, old town etc and a short uber ride to Puerto banus. Villa was very clean and well presented. We used the transfer service which was reasonably priced. We also used the BBQ service which was lovely. Rafael is such a responsive and helpful host and after a missed flight and us not arriving until much later than expected he was so helpful in re arranging our transfers and arranging for us to get into the villa outside of the usual check in time. Thank you Rafael, we highly recommend your villa.

We had a great stay. The appartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. There were a couple of minor issues during our visit, but the host was very accessible and took care of everything promptly. Loved the property. It was in a great position with lots of amenities around it, in a beautifully maintained, secure complex with lovely gardens. The underground car park was excellent and easily accessible. The apartment itself was exactly as shown and very comfortable and well equipped. Kata who met us at check in was really helpful and even sat and set up our Prime, Netflix and Apple accounts on the TV for us. Nothing was too much trouble. I would be happy to stay here again.

Super séjour passé chez Greg ! Le logement était propre, fonctionnel et identique aux photos. L’urbanisation est très calme et paisible surtout à cette époque de l’année. Le logement donne vue sur la piscine commune. Pour les amateurs de Padel il y a deux terrains de disponible au seins de la résidence. Et également un club à quelques minutes en voiture. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités à quelques minutes en voiture ( voiture à privilégier pour vos déplacements) En conclusion, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Really enjoyed our stay, Anis was very accommodating. The apartment was very clean and tidy and looked exactly like the pictures, will be returning.

We had a lovely 9 night stay at this villa. Surroundings are beautiful, the gardens and pool are are impressive. Kids lived in the pool and the ping pong table was a welcome surprise and got lots of use. We had many BBQs in the outdoor kitchen, and the terraces get sun all day long so perfect to relax anytime of day in sun or shade.

We had an amazing time, stunning property, fabulous pool. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of outside space. Secluded garden with a view of the sea in the distance, shops and towns anywhere from 10 -20 minutes away by car. We came to relax and unwind and it was the perfect place for family time. The host Dirk is excellent, helpful, immediate response to any question. The house has everything you need and more. We didn’t want to leave.

The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Now in winter it is good to have underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the towels are very fluffy. The bathroom is a bit small, with a shower and washing machine. The furniture in the living room looks different than in the pictures, but is OK. The view to the sea is very nice and the balcony gets sun during the day and has space for 2-3 people. It is not so easy to find a parking space. To get your luggage or shopping into the apartment you have to go up a path with steps outside, there is an elevator in the building. There are many pigeons on the ledge in front of the windows; you can hear them from sunrise to sunset. The pigeons are really annoying, loud and make a mess. Victoria responds very quickly, is friendly and helps with everything immediately.

My family and I (7 of us) stayed at Andreas rental and we loved it, it was very spacious, clean, and homey. Andreas was awesome at communication and guiding us as needed. The place is beautiful and beds are comfy. Awesome price for what you get. 5 stars.
