Penthouse located just 15 min away from the center of Marbella and 12 min to Puerto Banus. The apart is spacious and has alot of outdoor space. On entry level there is a large living room with open kitchen one bedroom and a bathroom . The living rooms gives out on the terrace area one side is set up as an outdoor dining area the other sede as a lounge area. Downstairs there are 2 more bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite).
