Condo holiday rentals in Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas

Das Appartment ist wirklich toll. Die Aussicht von der Dachterasse auf das Meer und die Dühnen von Maspalomas ist wunderschön. Ich war schon zum 2. Mal dort. Es wurden alle meine Verbesserungsvorschläge umgesetzt. Es gibt jetzt mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, zwei Bademäntel und neue Auflagen für die Liegen und Stühle auf der Dachterasse. Außerdem ein neuer Tisch auf dem zweiten Balkon. Und auch einige neue Küchenutensilien, wie z. B. eine Knoblauchpresse. Eine Flasche Rotwein und Wasser zur Begrüßung waren ebenfalls dort. Ich komme gerne wieder. Noch ein Hinweis zur Parkplatzsituation: Besonders am Wochenende findet man gegen Abend nur schwer einen Platz am Strassenrand. Falsch parken - an der gelben Linie - kostet 200€.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Einrichtung vom Apartment war zweckmäßig, modern und schön abgestimmt. Ich habe mich dort gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Dorte war unkompliziert und schnell. Ich werde sicherlich noch einmal bei Dorte buchen!

Perfekte Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung und ein toller Strand am sauberen Atlantik. In der Wohnung hatte es an nichts gefehlt. Feeling like Home. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise war das Ambiente in näheren Umgebung privat, keinerlei Anzeichen von Massentourismus. Ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Sollte uns eine weitere Reise nach Gran Canaria werden fragen wir sicherlich bei Juan an.

This accommodation is definitely perfect for a great vacation in GC. It is very well equipped and the location is central. The hosts are up for everything you need. I recommend it 100%.

Wenn die Unterkunft frei ist, sollte man sie sofort buchen! Traumhafter Blick, neuwertiges Apartment, schöner Pool, ruhig. Ein Auto sollte man mieten. Tipp: Top Car direkt von zu Hause aus mit Zusatzversicherung am Flughafen Las Palmas buchen. Das Taxi hin und retour kostet fast soviel wie das Mietauto für eine Woche. Einkaufen: SuperDino Günstig: Fisch, Obst, offene Wurstwaren Man kann sich einen Grill in der Anlage ausborgen. Auf dem Balkon zu grillen war toll. Wasser und Kaffee bekommt man ebenfalls in der Anlage. Zentrals Lage auf der Insel. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Lovely place to wake up every morning, with bird song! Lush green surroundings in the gated community. Pools that were never busy whilst we were there. Restaurants and shops near by. Good bus route the 73 stops right outside the gates, and goes to the beach and up to Tabley shopping mall. If you don’t have a car. And only €5 in a taxi if you don’t want to walk or wait for the bus. Very clean property with plenty of space for the 2 of us. Massimo very quick to respond and helpful, I picked up the wrong travel plug and he was quick to advise where I could get a new one. Thanks for a lovely stay. We are missing the sunshine already!

Tom’s place is super gorgeous! Immaculate, stylish interiors and super clean. Location was great and the perfect spot to explore the island. Having access to the pool was dreamy on lazy days. Tom’s communication was fantastic - Thankyou🫶🏼

Alojamiento muy recomendable. El trato por parte de David y Lore fue cercano y amable, teniendo nuestra comodidad siempre en cuenta. El espacio no es muy grande pero está bien distribuido y tiene todo lo necesario. La comunidad es acogedora y la piscina es grande y está bien mantenida. Si vas con coche siempre encuentras aparcamiento en frente de la residencia. Muchas gracias por todo! :)

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Todo fenomenal! Manoj nos recibió muy amablemente y nos explicó y recomendó sitios por la isla. Todas las mañanas tiene el detalle de acercarnos el pan de su panadería. El apartamento estaba muy bien localizado y equipado. Nos ha encantado!

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man ist schnell am Strand bzw. den Dünen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist ordentlich und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber war super, es wurde schnellstmöglich geantwortet und bei Fragen/Problemen sofort Hilfe geboten. Alles in allem zu empfehlen :)

Carmen bija ļoti laipna. Viņa mūs sagaidīja, un izrādīja dzīvokli, kā ari parādīja kur atrodas tuvākais veikals, pludmale, restorāni. Viņai bija arī tūrisma bukleti ko darīt uz salas. Dzivoklis izskatījās tieši kā bildēs, arī skats pa logu uz palmām. Carmen sagaidīja mūs ar svaigiem augļiem, ledusskapī bija ielikti pārtikas produkti startam. Bija viss nepieciešamais ēdiena gatavošanai. Bija arī ļoti labs internets, lai pieslēgtos biroja darbiem, tas mums bija svarīgi. Mēs šeit pavadījām 4 nedēļas un bijām ļoti apmierināti ar izvēlēto dzīvokli un iespēju vienmēr novietot automašīnu pie mājas. Ļoti izdevīga atrašanās vieta, lai apceļotu salu.

Tutto super pulito e accogliente. Arredamento nuovo e moderno. Mette a disposizione qualsiasi attrezzatura per la cucina come macchina del caffè(qualche cialda), spremiagrumi, bollitore… inoltre ci ha lasciato una bottiglia di vino rosso di benvenuto 😅direi niente da dire 🥳

We have just stayed for 3 weeks at Maria’s place in Gran Canaria, it was our first visit to the island and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The property at Betancuria gave us plenty of space and flexibility to come and go as we pleased , having outside space was lovely for alfresco dining, but it’s not too far from local amenities , beach , bars etc. The property is equipped with everything you would need . We hired a car for a week, so having a dedicated car parking space was useful. Communication with Maria was easy and she was always quick to respond.

Wir hatten tolle 4 Wochen in dem Bungalow. Der Bungalow ist sehr sauber und hell. Durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung fühlt man sich gleich heimisch. Auch mit den Nachbarn, die fest dort leben, hatten wir einen netten Kontakt. Jegliche Anfrage an Alejandro wurde schnell beantwortet und es gab für alle Anfragen gleich einen Vorschlag bzw. eine Lösung. Den Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage gegenüber vom Bungalow haben wir auch genutzt. Es sind 2 Fernseher vorhanden, auf denen Netflix geschaut werden kann. Deutsche Sender können nicht empfangen werden. Da deutsche Sender teilweise aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht im Ausland gezeigt werden dürfen, gibt es folgende Möglichkeit trotzdem zu schauen. Eine VPN zu sich nach Hause aufbauen und das Wiedergabegerät mit einem HDMI Kabel (nicht vorhanden) am TV anschließen. Wir konnten uns auch andere Bungalows in der Anlage anschauen, werden aber immer den von Alejandro bevorzugen. Es war bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir dort waren.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. La ubicación y vistas realmente espectaculares. Zonas comunes buenas, pocos vecinos y mucha tranquilidad. La limpiadora de los apartamentos lo mejor de lo mejor por cariñosa con nosotros y nuestro hijo y por profesional y atenta. El apartamento muy agradable, terraza espectacular y camas muy cómodas. Hay que tener en cuenta que justo en frente hay varios locales que su música es alta más o menos desde las 21:00-22:00 h hasta las 2 de la madrugada, pero a nosotros no nos pareció ningún inconveniente (fuimos con un niño de 3 años). Sinceramente repetiría aquí el alojamiento porque pasamos 15 días fantásticos y muy muy a gusto.

Llevo años utilizando Airbnb y sin dudarlo diré que el alojamiento es el mejor en el que he estado, tanto por la amabilidad de Paco y su mujer que siempre se muestran dispuestos a ayudarte, como del bungalow, muy limpio, cálido y acogedor, además de muy completo con todo lo necesario. La ubicación perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia, en una zona tranquila con todos los servicios. Totalmente recomendable! Gracias por todo.

Hi We were met at the apartment and shown around and how all the appliances worked. The air conditioning was excellent. The outside balcony gets the evening sun, a great place to relax with a glass of wine of wine after a hard day on the beach. Apartment has numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity. Beach is easily accessible. The 66 bus from the airport passes very close by and is an easy walk with luggage. 10 minute easy walk to Yumbo centre We would have No Problem booking this apartment again Thanks. We had a wonderful 3 weeks stay that absolutely flew by.

Massimiliano was literally waiting for us to show and explain us everything. Very friendly . You can reach him all the time if you have questions. The location is very central and close to main spots. He is a carrying host and trying to make your time in the appartement as nice as possible. We liked it very much .

Ha sido muy gratificante hospedarme en el alojamiento de Marcello. Agradezco mucho la flexibilidad horaria, la rapidez en su respuesta y lo bien acondicionado que estaba su apartamento con unas maravillosas vistas y la gran cercanía a la playa. Destacar a Mariana, quien nos recibió e hizo entrega de la llave, ya que nos prestó toda su ayuda a la hora de subir nuestras cosas al alojamiento y, sobre todo, la ternura con la que recibió a mi perra. Así como, los productos de bienvenida que nos dejó. Al tener problemas para dejar a mi perra sola en una casa desconocida, la bajé a la zona exterior de la piscina que tiene hamacas y ha sido gratificante ver como todas las personas la acogían con cariño por lo buena y simpática que es. No sabíamos si esto era posible, ya que Marcelo y Mariana no podían asegurármelo, pero lo intentamos y eso ha hecho que nuestra estancia fuera de 10. Desde luego que el precio es increíble y Marcello y Mariana fabulosos.
