I would absolutely recommend staying here, Carla is one of the best hosts of an Airbnb that I have come across. We needed help with a medical situation and Carla resolve this right away. The house is kitted out with everything you need. Very spacious and well decorated with a balcony on one floor and a roof terrace on the top. Amazing location within walking distance of the beautiful old town of Marbella. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

We have had the best time at this villa! It was relaxing and suitable to enjoy time together as a family who don’t get to spend time together. The host, Enrique, ensure all our needs where met, answered all my questions and was generally very happy to be helpful! I look forward to returning!

Excellent Villa with everything we needed. 5 mins to the beech. 10 mins to the local supermarket, excellent host who showed us around and even got us some shopping in so we could get unpacked quickly. 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus helped us get our steps up, and plenty of beech bars along the way. overall very pleased with our stay. We enjoyed our 16 night stay at this comfortable, clean and well located property just 12 mins drive from the coast. For a two bedroom apartment it is spacious and functional with nice south westerly views across the roof tops to the valley with sea to the south. The property is well equipped and has all amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Manon the host was excellent in her communication and a very tentative and considerate - highly recommended as Airbnb host.

Nacho was a wonderful host! We had a little public utility issue and he immediately responded which impressed me and always responded to my texts within the hour. The house was perfect for this group of 7- spacious and lovely! The pool was wonderful too. We were a 5 minute uber ride from all the action at the beach and a quick 10 min uber ride from Nobu and Cipriani. By the way Ubers are super cheap there and always came within 5 minutes! Great location, great house, great host!

We had an unforgettable time in this beautiful villa! The accommodation is modern, stylishly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. The rooms are generously sized, the beds are super comfortable and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The outdoor area with pool, lounge corner and well-kept garden is simply fantastic, perfect for relaxing or for social evenings. The location is ideal: quiet, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The contact with the hosts was always friendly, professional and helpful, you immediately feel welcome. it is described as a cozy townhouse and that is a perfect description. it’s sited in a quiet residential area, a 25 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to the centre of estepona. the outside space at the property is wonderful.

Helena was a great host — communication was clear, quick, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and the place was just as described. The location was especially perfect being steps away from the pool and close to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for resort holiday. Key thing for this Airbnb is the location, very close to Puente Romano with the beach and everything else that has to offer. Apartment is as it looks in the pictures and the surrounding Urbanización is very nice and mostly quiet when we stayed. Everything is walkable or short drive. Would recommend this Airbnb.

It is a beautiful apartment, clean and large. The swimming pool is also large and looked very nice and well maintained. In short, a beautiful place for a relaxing holiday!

Had such a lovely stay. The apartment is huge with a lovely balcony giving late afternoon sun. The bed & outside furniture are super-comfy, Wi-Fi is good, parking is easy & there are great walks near by. Communal pools & spa looked great, but not used by me as I had my dog with me. Easy & quick to get taxis if you want a night out (& they take dogs). Highly recommended.

I highly recommend you to stay here if you can! There isn’t a better location. The apartment is huge, lovely and also cozy. You won’t regret it. Alex was a great host! We will def stay here again if opportunity arises.

Our stay at Ave’s was great. The accommodation was a perfect home away from home. It’s a 10-15 minute drive to Benahavís old town. Lovely restaurants up there. Would recommend Los Abanicos. We also ate at the Argentine Grill which is quite close to the apartment. I cannot recommend highly enough. The best steak we’ve had. I’d recommend a car for the area as it’s quite hilly. The pool was great and the whole complex was extremely peaceful. Well equipped kitchen, washer in unit. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. It’s about 20 minute drive to Puerto Banús and 50 minutes from Malaga airport. We were a family with 2 children and was very comfortable. Thank you Ave for a lovely stay! We will stay again if we’re in the area for sure 🤗💃🏻🪭

Virginia , was a wonderful host sorted a taxis for our return to the airport and couldn't be more helpful. only down side for us was the apartment is a bit out the way from restaurant and bars . you really need to get a taxi . really could be doing with hire car next time . on the plus side the sea views from the balcony and roof top were outstanding. would really recommend the apartment but have a car at hand to get about .

My wife and I just spent an amazing 15 days at Casa Folimanka. When we arrived tired from an overnight flight, Javier was at the front gate to meet us. He and Lorraine gave us a comprehensive tour of the features of the property. The interior has beautiful floors, flawless tile-work, modern appliances and two sizeable bathrooms each equipped with double vanities and stunning showers along with two fully-equipped bedrooms. The exterior has a spacious yard, great views of the sea and various spaces to lounge, eat and soak up the sun. The property is also very well secured with plentiful activities close by in all directions. The Casa has everything that you could ever need for your holiday, yet it does not feel at all cluttered. The support that we received from Lubomir and team was first rate with quick responses when we couldn’t find things and excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. They really made us feel welcome and special during our stay. 5 stars all around!

Thank you, Ian ! Everything was great! The apartment was clean and has 2 terraces with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was dotated with everything you need: coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine , oven. Tha bathrooms , one big and one smaller with hair dryer. Comfortable bad mattress. Even though there are terraces downstairs, you can't hear the noise from the apartment. We was with our daughter and she sleeps very well. Close to the beach, only 3-5 min walking. We will return here soon!

Eric was a kind person who explained various things in detail before I arrived. He also helped me with parking, so I was able to stay comfortably for 4 days. I was especially happy because I could see the beautiful ocean view every day.
