Welcome to my Beach House in El Cocal, El Salvador. Just 35 minutes from the airport with a point break in the backyard and other point breaks are a short drive. World famous wave Punta Roca is 1 mile down the beach. Less than half mile from the new ByPass and 7 min car ride to El Tunco/Surfcity, our place is very well located. Gas stations around the corner with convenience stores and a new Shopping center literally across the main street that includes a Supermarket, Wendy’s, Starbucks and more
