Apartment holiday rentals in Playa El Silencio, Lima

I've definitely taken a pleasant surprise with this stay, outside that it's cute, very comfortable and cool in summer. The host Milagros, is an incredible person, super flexible and very good vibe, super fast communication, really is very nice to meet this class of people when you stay. The depa is nice and super comfortable, it is spacious and beautiful, super complete, it has all the things to make your stay more comfortable. The beach is a 5 minutes walk. In case there are not many people on weekends, on weekdays is super private. The depa has a pool and it's super easy to book. Everyone is always ready to help. We had a great time. We hope to come back soon

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local cuisine. The area felt safe and lively, perfect for both relaxing and sightseeing. The space was comfortable and clean, and the host was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lima!

Beautiful apartment, super complete and super comfortable everything, Cristie responds very quickly to any questions and well friendly. Highly recommended if you want to spend a weekend or vacation on the beach with family or friends, the sea has direct access by stairs (3 floors of houses), you can grill on the depa, it has all the implements, there is everything nearby (as bodeguita nearby walking and restaurants tmb), everything is very good and nice 🫶🏻 recommended 🤝🏻 10/10

We had a wonderful stay in Miraflores at Pedro Jose’s home! It was two blocks from the beautiful ocean walking path and very walkable to many restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. The apartment itself had a very comfortable bed and was very spacious for the two of us. Pedro Jose allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment well past check-out due to our late flight, which was beyond kind and accommodating! We would highly recommend this unique apartment and would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Manuel’s penthouse! The beach view from the apartment was absolutely stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset watching. The location couldn’t be better, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all just steps away. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Beautiful beachfront home in Punta Hermosa. Easy to walk to any of the beaches in the area. Home looks even better than the pictures. Very comfortable bed and nice showers.

The apartment is excellent. Everything is well taken care of, well equipped and clean. The view is enchanting. The building is also excellent and safe. The neighborhood is excellent, one of the most charming in Lima, perfect for walking and with great restaurants around. It is also a quiet walk to Miraflores. We did a lot of things on foot - we even walked to the bus stop for the airport - a 20-minute walk. So considering all this, the apartment is very well located. Melanie was kind in all communications, and was even flexible with the check-in. I recommend it!

It is a very cozy apartment, good location. At least I book Perú hop and pick up location is very close. Kitchen has everything we need. People in this neighborhood are very nicely too.

My parents stayed at Antonio's apartment and were more than happy!!! The atmosphere is super cozy and even better than the description. Antonio is super friendly and attentive. 1000% recommended!!!

The airbnb is clean and just like the photos. It has all the necessary menajeses and appliances to prepare anything. Its ocean view is beautiful. The lugar is quiet, quiet and close to several restaurants, supermarkets and known nightclubs. It's a good place to relax and unwind alone or with your family or couple.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful, a good size for single or couple, very tidy and nice ambience, nice place to hang out. The hosts were so lovely, they checked in with me to make sure I was ok, gave me lots of tips about the local area etc. The location is also great, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

This is such a great apartment - clean, really well equipped (one of the best airbnb kitchens I've seen, it really had everything I needed to cook), and in a great location within easy walking distance to great restaurants and cute shops and even the waterfront! I love the area, and the apartment is really easy for check-in, the hosts were really responsive and I love that there is a front desk where you can ask any questions (and it feels really safe too). Would highly recommend!

Yudmer's home is excellent, impeccable, clean and tidy, private as to enjoy as a family or with friends. The view is amazing from all the duplex rooms. Nearby there is a convenience store where we find everything and the parking is fabulous private and safe. We had a lot of fun and had a great time. Thank you Yudmer for being attentive at all times. We hope to be back soon!!

fantastic stay. only thing to note, they recommended a taxi driver but I wouldn't use them. just use Uber. way more dependable. front desk guys are 10/10. helpful and so friendly. view is extraordinary 👌

The apartment is identical to the photos, everything is very clean and with restaurants and shops very close. Access is very fast. The instructions were easy to understand and questions were answered quickly. Highly recommended!

The apartment is excellent for a stay in the Barranco neighborhood. The top floor has incredible views of the sea with the pool-jacuzzi. The apartment has everything you need and more with exquisite decor. Thank you very much for the precious details and the quality service.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Great apartment and fast and effective communication. We would definitely come back! The only point I would make as an improvement would be the internet signal, which is a little bad and does not work in the bathroom. However, this does not affect the entire great stay.

The apartment is decorated. It was a great space to come back to after a long day of tour or sight seeing. It felt like home.
