For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

What an amazing stay! I brought my son for his birthday with a family members and we had a blast. The home is amazing and has everything you need! Pros: Remarkable home (pool and rooftop were amazing) The view is breathtaking So much space and has everything you need and then some Amazing responsiveness and hospitality! Quick drive to beach and bars, restaurants and shops! (Recommend renting a car if leaving the property) The home has a grill and fire pit. Cons: Master room gets really hot The rooftop lights didn’t work but wasn’t a big deal - had I asked her I’m sure she’d have got them on for me. So that’s on me. No delivery available (but a common problem outside of big cities since Covid) Power outages (but that’s been a problem in PR and the power in their house came back fast! Overall this is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in across over 30 countries! I will 300% stay there again when I’m back! Tip: Rent a car San Juan is 30-50 min depending on traffic or where

Our stay in Cubuy at Samuel’s place was truly magical. The space was clean, peaceful, and immersed in the natural beauty of the rainforest. We especially loved falling asleep to the calming sound of the coquí at night—it was like nature’s lullaby. Exploring the surrounding farm and rainforest was a highlight of our trip, and the friendly resident cat added an extra touch of warmth with its sweet snuggles. One of my unexpected favorite parts was the simple pleasure of hang-drying our clothes in the fresh mountain air—the scent was amazing and really brought me into the rhythm of the place. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking, which made us feel completely at home. Every detail of the stay felt intentional and grounded in nature. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path retreat.

Pretty neat,clean and comfy home! We had a great stay that provided us with a great place at the end of the day to relax,cook and enjoy our trip. We will definitely come back here again next time. Also the fruits in the garden are so delicious.

Great place to stay at if you’re looking for a peaceful time. The views are beyond beautiful and the home is very clean. The neighborhood has very narrow roads and it’s difficult to park at first but once you get used to it, it will be fine. Hosts were sweet!

Highly recommended. Excellent area just outside of San Juan… perfect for a quick getaway. Plenty of nearby restaurants, beaches, and things to do but also quiet, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle. Olivia was a great host - very friendly and helpful.

This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico and Luis Alberto cabin was perfect. Very peaceful, clean, we loved the sound of nature at night, perfect location practically in the middle of the island close to el yunque and no a long drive to the beaches on the east coast. Luis was very nice he communicated with us and gave excellent recommendations for night life and local restaurants during our stay. I would 100% recommend booking this cabin . We can’t wait to return

Nathan AND his house were amazing! Not only was he responsive to our needs, but he came by when we had a minor issue with a toilet. Every time I messaged him, he responded almost instantly. The house was amazing and when you walk out of the front of the house, you have a beautiful view of the mountains of El Yunque. I loved that each room has its own AC unit, so each person can adjust it to their comfort level. My kids loved the chickens and they would wait outside the back door for my kids to come out and hang out with them. Keep in mind that the sun rises on the island SUPER early, so the roosters will be awake around 3am. But that wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen was great and I cooked every day we were there. There is a grocery store called Famcoop Rio Grande nearby and that's where we did most of our shopping. Just make sure you bring your own bags (it's better than Walmart and easier to get to). Overall, this house was amazing and we would love to stay here again!

Angel was an amazing host from start to finish! He was extremely attentive friendly and responsive. The location is well maintained and was perfect for us! Already referred his house to a few family and friends! We had such an amazing time, we can’t wait to go back already! Phenomenal host highly recommend!

Rafael fue muy amable y proactivo. El lugar tenía todo lo necesario como toallas de playa, piscina, baño, la cocina muy bien equipada. El espacio estaba bien organizado y limpio. El ambiente en el lugar era hermoso tranquilo y con unas vistas maravillosas. Sin duda una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido. Yo y mis acompañantes salimos muy satisfechos y encantados con las experiencia.

Wonderful place right by Playa Azul, Luquillo Beach, and 15-20 mins from El Yunque. Very kind host. A great place to stay. Would recommend and consider staying again if in eastern PR. They had everything needed for a pleasant stay - beach chairs/cooler, kitchen utensils, pots/pans. Awesome! Thank you!

This place was perfect for us! It was very private, beautiful views of the city and ocean below, without the craziness of the city. My only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were very hard. Other than that, we will definitely be back🥰 Thank you, Carmen, for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We loved our stay here and would definitely come back! It’s a gated apartment complex right on the beach. We had everything we needed at the apartment and Nelmarie and her husband were very responsive and helpful to us. Very close to stores and restaurants down the road, and a bigger, deeper beach with food trucks only a mile away. A very private and quiet area. We have two teenagers and a 1 year old and it was perfect for our baby because the beach right here is super shallow and no waves and she could play right in it. There’s a beach a little walk down with waves if your kids want to play in the waves, or we really loved the $4 beach a mile away to swim deeper in. No waves at all there either. This place is very close to El Yunque rainforest so we easily explored different spots there a lot of our days. Not too far of a drive from the airport or Old San Juan either. We really liked this spot and it’s the best beach area we’ve visited yet. A great East Coast home base!

Natalia’s place was just as it looked in pictures, beautiful! Very clean, stylish, bathroom stocked well, private with wonderful pool and the location was amazing! The place was directly across the street from the beach, great restaurants within 5 minute walk (one right next door). Natalia was very accommodating, she let us have a later check out which we really appreciated. We got to meet Sean on our way out, very friendly and nice to chat with. We enjoyed our time at Natalia’s place very much! Easy, comfortable and accessible! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Looking forward to visiting again!

My family and I recently stayed in Luquillo at Luis's home, and we had a great experience there. The host added personal touches that made us feel at home. We also appreciate that he responded quickly to an issue we had with the lights one day, and we even got to sign a place for visitors to leave their mark. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Luis's. :)

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

our stay was absolutely amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures – the views are stunning, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the whole vibe is just so peaceful and comfortable. Our host (Tom) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations (he literally has a binder with food recommendations, beaches and activities). You can really tell tom cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything you want to see in Puerto Rico, and the property itself is like a little slice of paradise. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities and more, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

Beautiful beachfront property! The rooms were super clean and the balcony views were my favorite. If you’re a light sleeper just being earplugs because you’re right next to the ocean and wildlife, we loved it though. Central to the kiosks, el yunque, and not too far from the ceiba ferry. We loved it and will definitely rebook!

The views and place is amazing. Looks just like the pictures! The bed is so comfortable and the space was very clean. Location is near great restaurants and activities.

Fantastic place, location, and beach! The unit had everything and more. It was extremely comfortable for our family of 6. The place was lovely, perfect patio, rooms were intact, kitchen was organized, perfect sized bathrooms. We felt super safe and secured. There is a security guard 24 hours of the day and you can’t get in or out without the gate beeper. The beach right outside of the condominiums was just so beautiful and calm.. it is perfect for children and couples. We had running water and no issues. AC was great! The unit also had additional things. I definitely see myself renting here again. Stores and restaurants are all very close. I definitely recommend.

The space was not only clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured, but it also had some hidden features that truly made the experience special. From amenities, every detail felt intentional and added to the comfort of the stay. What really stood out was the location. I didn’t have a rental car, but I didn’t need one — everything I could possibly want was within walking distance! There were great local restaurants, a convenience store with a bar up front (yes, you read that right!), and everything felt incredibly accessible. It was the perfect spot to enjoy Puerto Rico outside of the San Juan area. The host was amazing — super attentive and proactive in making sure I had everything I needed. You can really tell Ralph cares about your experience and and goes the extra mile to make it feel like home. If I’m ever back on this side of Puerto Rico, I’m 100% booking again. A total gem.

This is a very charming apartment decorated with very good taste. It has lots of extras so you do not have to go out and buy things you might have forgotten. The view is gorgeous. Elevator is new and very efficient. Guards are very friendly and always happy to help. Waves at the beach could sometimes be challenging but there is a public beach less than a mile away which is very calm and quite clear. Highly recommend this place.
