BBQ grill terrace, hammock, Wifi, grocery store on the corner of Circle K and Gomart. Very close to Walmart, restaurants , bars, shopping centers the Plaza Américas, Puerto Cancún ,beach area.Bus stop on the corner to destinations in Cancun and Riviera Maya, in car very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

The room features two spacious beds dressed in white bedding, accented with blue decorative throws. A large glass door offers a view of the turquoise sea and leads to a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a small table.

Great for couples. The studio is in the "Villas Marlin" complex, it has one of the widest and most beautiful beaches in Cancun "Playa Marlin". Strategically well located, very close to the two most important shopping malls in the hotel zone, Plaza Kukulkan and Plaza La Isla. The complex has three swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, and a snack bar. parking, 24/7 security. It has WiFi, cable TV, and A/C It has no ocean views, but it does have beach access without leaving the complex.
