We stayed during my son's marriage and it was a wonderful experience. The house was spacious, very clean, with lawn, swimming pool and a spectacular ocean view. Mr. Alejandro and his assistant were very helpful and kind. Ideal for special moments. Recommended!

It's a very safe area, Reyna and Mr. Walter were very kind, they were always on top of everything. All areas of the house are very tidy with a pleasant smell. I felt at home, I went to celebrate my birthday and they even left me a nice gift.

We had a great stay at Giorgio's house. From the first moment, he and his father, Mr. Jorge, were always very kind and attentive to whatever was necessary. We liked the welcome touch. The modern, tidy, clean house, the great pool, everything just like the photos. Just 2 blocks from Arica beach. We had some very nice relaxing days with my family. We will definitely be back sometime.

We stayed at Rodrigo's house for a week, with two adults and one dog, aiming to get some time away from Lima while working remotely. Though the WiFi wasn't reliable for work, our own Starlink terminal worked great. The house was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the AC and little creature comforts, including a BBQ we frequently used. Our dog loved the large yard, and the pool was refreshing. We only left the property once for lunch, as there wasn't much within walking distance. We requested additional cleaning and some cooking mid-week, and Edith came to help with both, which we appreciated. One concern was the surveillance cameras inside the house. Though the host assured us they were off, it felt less private. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Rodrigo's house, relaxing and making the most of the house, pool, and yard.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful Airbnb, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely love this place — it truly feels like a home away from home. The space is clean, comfortable, cozy and perfectly located. At this point, we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we’re in Peru. Already looking forward to our next visit! We had a great time with my family, the transaction was very practical, the communication with Rodrigo was fluid and he answered quickly when I needed him, the people who received me were very kind, especially Luis, who was attentive to the stay at all times, he even helped us with a flat tire that we had!!!! That was not his obligation, however he was there, thank you very much!!!! We will definitely return!!!

We had a nice weekend at the Jardin del Valle. Daniel was an attentive host to answer us for any inconvenience. The house was very well equipped. We'd stay again!

Really, Carlos was a great host. He helped us with all our doubts even before we arrived at the house, and on receiving us he showed us the whole place with a lot of patience. The place is very beautiful and in an ideal location - neither very close nor far from the beach, restaurants and shops in the area. I have been delighted with the house and hope to be able to book it again in the future.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from the beach, the spaces very well distributed and impeccable, the American-style kitchen the maximum, has all the accessories, and to say of the large terrace with the small pool and the grill area, from which we enjoyed several sunsets and managed to take fantastic photos📸🙌🏻. Another important point was that the place is petfriendly, and that gave us the peace of mind to take our pet, who also had fun and relaxed as much as we did. Communication with Manuel, from before and during our stay was excellent! And constant,💯! Thank you Manuel for letting us stay in your apartment. I would definitely choose this place again! Pdta: the deliveries arrived without any problem, additional Manuel gave us the contact of a winery that also does delivery, super recommended because you can pay with any means of payment.

My experience was excellent. The place not only met, but exceeded my expectations: very quiet, with all the necessary amenities and an incredible view of the sea. Ideal for resting, relaxing and disconnecting from the daily pace. In addition, the host was super friendly and attentive at all times, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The house is very nice, just like the description and the photos. We arrived very easily and Renzo greeted us personally. The property is very large, cozy, full of amenities and fun for the family. The place is magnificent for walks along the esplanade and there are even archaeological sites to visit. Highly recommended.

If you go with family or couples it is a great place because it has 3 levels, one is a large garden where there is also parking, second level kitchen dining room, bedrooms, living room as a garden, grill, oven. On the last one, there is a pool and a seating area

Emilio's place is cozy and super central with the beach just a few steps away. It is easy to locate and has all the comforts for you to have a good stay. Emilio responded quickly, he was very friendly and respectful. Definitely recommend it!

I've definitely taken a pleasant surprise with this stay, outside that it's cute, very comfortable and cool in summer. The host Milagros, is an incredible person, super flexible and very good vibe, super fast communication, really is very nice to meet this class of people when you stay. The depa is nice and super comfortable, it is spacious and beautiful, super complete, it has all the things to make your stay more comfortable. The beach is a 5 minutes walk. In case there are not many people on weekends, on weekdays is super private. The depa has a pool and it's super easy to book. Everyone is always ready to help. We had a great time. We hope to come back soon

The stay was amazing. The place is right in front of the sea, with a spectacular view that is enjoyed from any corner. Everything was clean, well equipped and very cozy. Also, the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our entire visit. I would definitely come back!

Gabriel was very communicative , warm and friendly. His 2 floor condo was beautiful and clean and has an amazing beach front view of Pico Alto. The house was comfortable and clean with a fully stocked kitchen so you can do all the home cooking you want. The house is in a very safe and secure area ( You have to go through 3 guard gates to get to his home, Very safe neighborhood) I stayed almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every bit of my stay. I highly. recommend Gabriels Condo to others and I will definitely be back on my next visit. Muchas Gracias!!!

Everything excellent !! from the place so cozy and above all it is a different experience especially for my daughters who loved the place ,everything is close from the beach to the boulevard.
