Just 200 m from the sea and yet protected from the wind, is Casa Kalisat "House of Happiness." Surrounded by breathtaking volcanic landscape, the clear starry sky at night, the power of the tides, you will find peace and closeness to nature in a beautiful living atmosphere. Throughout the village you can be undressed. Nudism is welcome here, but not mandatory. There is a supermarket in Charco and several good island-typical restaurants in Mala and Arrieta, where there is also a long, flat sandy beach, suitable for children and surfers. A protected swimming area (200 m) made of natural lava rock allows swimming at high tide all year round. A rock (500 m) with a step ladder is the perfect access to the sea for swimmers and divers. Several hiking trails start behind the house. The most beautiful leads directly to the excursion point “Jardin de Cactus”, by the famous island artist César Manrique.

The apartment has a private, 130 m2 sun terrace on top of the building. A private parking space is available in the basement of the building. Bus station at two minutes walk.

It is part of a beautiful villa but has a separate entrance and direct access to the garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. We are close to a promenade, with a bike path, which leads to Arrecife or Playa Honda, an ideal location for exploring the island: 37 km from the south and 40 km from the north.

Cute little house, right in front of the sea! Very quiet, nestled in a peaceful hamlet. On the 1st, the bedroom and terrace have very nice views of the sea, volcanoes and salt flats! Downstairs, there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 (see photos!). Several corners to sit for breakfast, aperitif, snacking, chatting or reading! And lots of info about the island! Calm & exclusive apartment by the beach

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

VACATION ON A SAILBOAT

# Beautiful 8.40 Mts sailboat, the interior is small ( 1.62 Mt high) but very cozy. The back exterior (bathtub) is spacious and comfortable for moments in the sun. Not appropriate for children or people with reduced mobility. Bathrooms and showers locate in the marina that it is located 10 min walk to the center of town where you will find very nice places, shopping malls, cinemas, nightlife, buses to go to all areas of the island, beach and historical places.
