Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

Las Mañanitas is a newly constructed beach villa overlooking the sunrises and the coastal line of the Pacific Ocean. The villa's three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 people. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and balcony, with an amazing view to the ocean. Living room, dining room and kitchenette all within the same living area, with frontal view to amazing infinity pool. The villa is located inside a gated community with security 24/7. It has direct access to the private beach.

Brisas del Mar Beach House (up to 16 people)

7-min walk to San Blas beach, no car needed. Parking for 3–4 cars in front of the house Sleeps up to 16–18 guests 8 min from El Tunco and 3 min from shopping centers. Gated community with 24/7 guards. Please let us know in advance if you plan to go out or return after 10 PM so we can notify security. Check-in 3 PM | Check-out 12 PM (no late check-out Saturdays). Host lives in house next door; staff may be on-site for cleaning, pool service, and trash removal.
