The Ground Floor unit features a back porch with hammocks, and sitting area. Two Bed/Two Bath with a full kitchen and living room. 55" TV & fiberoptic Wifi included. There is traditional Mexican tile and art throughout the flat. In the front yard is a pool and lounge area that is shared with the second floor flat renters. The House of Tropical Dreams!!!

The Palm Tree House at Casitas Patz was designed to live in connection with nature from comfort and beauty. It is surrounded by the tropical jungle and steps from a beautiful beach only known by locals. On one side of the house, you can also enjoy some small waterfalls with natural ponds to cool off and enjoy the sound of running water. The water is completely natural, chemical free. The fish and plants of the last pond help us keep the water clean and create an incredible ecosystem.

The studio bungalow with two private terraces and a bathroom has Wi-Fi, kitchen and cleaning service (Monday to Saturday). All requests to bring pets will be automatically denied.
