Top floor of the buliding and has 24 hours a day surveillance. The apartment has noise-proof windows and doors that allow for a more pleasant rest. Ready to welcome guests who want to enjoy and have a good stay in Barranco. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, private kitchen, large dining room, and ironing area, a large terrace with BBQ and has a view of the whole city and part of the sea, the terrace is private only for the duplex.

It's a unique 4-floor tower from the '70s, completely remodeled. It keeps Barranco's charm but has all you need to for a comfortable stay. Lots of light, amazing views, and an unbeatable location. You can walk to most of your must-see list or take a 15 min taxi.

Our apartment was created to spend beautiful moments as a family. You will not only feel the best vibes, but you will also have everything you need to spend incredible and relaxing days. You can enjoy a grill on the terrace, facing a beautiful view of the resort, sleeping and waking up to the magical sound of the sea. We are on the second floor of the condominium (stairs only) Remember to treat our house as if it were your own.
