The house has an excellent layout that allows us to share and see how we enjoy as many adults as the children. There was good communication with the host. We have shared pleasant moments with my whole family.

Maria Ysabel and Carlos are very attentive and helpful. They gave clear instructions, flexible with check-in and check-out. The house is impeccable, linen towels. Nearby restaurants, markets and mall.

Our stay was excellent. The place is quiet, sunny and private, as shown in the pictures. The house is cozy, it has all the amenities, including full kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The pool is big and clean, which made our experience even more pleasurable. Also, the host was very kind, considerate and reliable, responding quickly to any inquiries. I would definitely stay here again. Totally recommended.

We had a beautiful family time, the house is exactly as the photos, very well equipped and clean. We don't need to leave the house as you have everything you need like pool, games like jumping, fulbito, net de volley, pin pon etc.

Our experience at this home was wonderful. We traveled as a family and the stay exceeded all our expectations. We enjoy a few days of total rest, feeling not only relaxed, but also completely safe. The condominium has a lot of security and access is very controlled, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The house is well equipped, has a beautiful pool, a campfire and green areas, plus a wide variety of games, which made us all have a plus to enjoy. In addition, the hostess María del Carmen was exceptionally kind and always responded quickly and willingly whenever we needed her. We definitely recommend this place 100% and we will definitely return in the future. Thank you dear Maria del Carmen for an unforgettable stay!

The house was very nice, quiet place where you can rest and relax with the sound of the waves of the sea, we had a great time with the family and Mariana was very attentive at all times with the clear indications and recommendations of the place, she would definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We spent a few super relaxed days as a family. Doña Carmen, always attentive, kindly offered to bring us coffee every morning since I forgot mine. The house is the perfect place to spend time with the family. The large pool and grill were my favorite areas.

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Excellent beach front house with beautiful views, very clean, great host, I would definitely stay here again

The truth is that the house is perfect to spend a few relaxing days with family or friends , the pool is the soul of the house , clean , spacious , everything perfect , recommended , you have convenience store nearby , marine restaurants if you want and bread with chicharrón to eat at breakfast very close and rich .

100% recommended My family and I had an amazing time, great place to unwind and spend time with family. We will be back!
