Pequeño pero acogedor ático, rodeado de una gran terraza. Su puerta veneciana permite establecer una refrescante corriente de aire. Dispone de mesa grande en la terraza para comer al aire libre. Está situado en la parte trasera de la avenida principal del Sabinal, lo que le confiere tranquilidad, al mismo tiempo está muy cerca de la playa y de la Urbanización, zona turística de la ciudad, con comercios y bares. Dispone de piscina comunitaria y plaza de aparcamiento. Está nuevo y reformado.
