Beachfront holiday rental in Playa Tocones

Stunning views!! And just the perfect place! This was our first time to Manatí, but it won’t be our last. Literally steps to the beach, and everything you need in the apartment. Del Marchiquita a 2 minute walk, and some neat places to explore up and around the rocks. Found an awesome cave!! This location is stellar! Comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and a well thought out kitchen. Everything was super clean! And Carlos and Lilly were AWESOME to work with! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Carlos and Lilly were great in communicating and quickly answering our questions. The unit was very clean and well stocked with an amazing balcony overlooking the ocean--and you could easily hear the waves. While we were staying here the power, unfortunately, went out for the entire island. We were lucky to have only been without power for about 18 hours when other people had to wait days. There were LED lanterns for our immediate use, which came in especially handy, and Lilly helped us with the garage, which was on a backup power supply. Even with this blip, my family's trip was great. The beach, right in front of the unit, was amazing and very private. Although you could not swim here, it was a short walk to Mar Chiquita beach, which was sheltered and had amazing water clarity. Frutos Del Guacabo, which is only about a 5 minute drive away, is a neat local farm with fresh produce (fruit and veggies) from Puerto Rico. I had the best pineapple and mamey sapote--ever--from here.

Highly recommend this spot for stay, especially if you have kids. Being able to walk directly out back to the beach was great. House was very clean and well kept with several amenities, games, beach supplies, etc. You won’t regret staying here!

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

Ernie's place was wonderful & exactly what we were looking for. Its location was far enough away from the main beach of Playa Puerto Nuevo to be quiet and peaceful, while still an easy 3 minute walk to enter the beach. Ernie was working on a project next door when we arrived, but made sure to come over and introduce himself. He also supplied extras that came in handy - beach towels, coolers, beach chairs. The balcony and beautiful views were the perfect way to start and end each day. Overall, great host and place to stay! Quick tip - the remote to turn the living room A/C on and off also turns the TV on and off. Be sure to use the TV remote to save energy and turn the TV off, after turning the A\C on or off.

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

An outstanding home away from home. The apartment had absolutely everything you could possibly need in a perfect location. The concierge staff were so friendly and helpful which is not always the case. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Great bus services so a car absolutely not essential. Highly recommend...

I stayed at Kiara's place for 5 days. I flew in on a very late flight and arrived at her place at 3 am. It is a double gated community. Kiara sent me videos and pictures describing everything. During our stay, the entire island had a blackout. Kiara came and brought us a generator, extension cords and a light. She was always available and responsive. My family and I had the best time at her place and will definitely come back again, especially since we now know she offers a generator during an emergency. There are so many amenities available at her location, pool, beach, casino, go karting, outdoor play area, she has beach towels for your stay, she has a cooler and even beach chairs. The neighbors were all friendly, we even hung outside with them during the blackout. Kiara and her place are a gem! Definitely pick this place over anywhere else.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Stayed for a long weekend with my boyfriend and it was great! The location is amazing and everything is walking distance. Just like the photos, if not better! I stayed at one of Beatrice’s other units in this exact location, so I did not hesitate to stay here. If you want easy beach access, beautiful beach views from the balcony, or a quick drive to Old San Juan, this unit is where you want to stay. Highly recommend, and I will be returning to this unit in the future when visiting!

Everything was as expected based on the reviews I read ahead of time. There was only two of us and it was perfect for just us. The instructions were excellent. We arrived late and had no issues. We had a rental car so having a parking spot in the garage was perfect. The air conditioners worked wonderfully. When I had questions they were answered promptly. It was a great experience! Thank you!

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Beautiful locations, surrounded by nature and private access to the beach. The rental was clean, cooled by air conditioning and the beds were fairly comfortable. We would definitely come back. Thank you for having us.

This is our 3rd stay and it was just as wonderful again. Very peaceful and private setting with a beautiful ocean as your backyard. Convenient drive (or paddle board) to the best beach in Puerto Rico! Loved walking on the beach, hunting for shells paddle boarding, snorkeling and soaking in the ocean. Fernando is a wonderful host! The space is very comfortable and has a private getaway feel! We will be back soon! Hasta luego!

We had such a wonderful stay here. We have 4 kids so there was plenty of room for everyone and they took advantage of playing in the backyard. Renting a car is a must if you want to explore, there is only 2 restaurants and 2 beaches within walking distance. We planned on staying in the house a lot so it was perfect for us, we truly enjoyed the house and could not beat the view.

The absolute best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Nadia was extremely communicative, gave clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and also accommodated us with a late check-out and baggage storage. The space is better than the photos -- super high ceilings, beautiful furnishings & linens, and both extremely comfortable and clean. We had just come from a hotel in Condado that struggled with humidity regulation; the fans and AC system in Casa Serenidad made us feel comfortable for the first time in several days. The location is perfect in Old San Juan, close to restaurants, bars, and sightseeing in an extremely peaceful and quiet building. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning.

From the start Anton was very attentive and available for anything we may have needed. He met us at the gate and escorted us to the property, ensuring a smooth check in. During our stay, there was an issues with the first floor AC, no fault of Anton, just usual island electrical issues; and he immediately got on the issue to have it resolved. He was very friendly, communicative, and well informed. The house was comfortable, close to many activities and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and was very quiet, something I very much appreciated. The beach was calm and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my friends and family.

My family and I had an amazing time staying at this gorgeous, spacious home. It was just a 5-minute walk from the beach, which was perfect since we all love the beach. We also had a lovely pool and grill, so we could easily barbecue and enjoy the scenery. There were also a bunch of great restaurants nearby. George was an incredible host and always responded quickly when we needed him. He was super polite too. I’m already looking forward to booking here again!

Location couldn’t be better!! Joanna was a great host. Loved her apartment! It’s comfortable & the AC works great. Loved the eclectic furnishings. Having parking available is so handy & it’s right next door. Just be prepared for some street noise. You are in the heart of OSJ after all! So it should be expected. Would most definitely stay here again.

The house was well appointed/ equipped. She was very responsive to any need or suggestion. Boys liked the pool and various water 'toys.' Patio / pool are was comfortable for relaxing and swimming, as well as meals.

There isn’t enough space in this review box to describe how much I loved staying here. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 teen daughters. The views from this place are breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite things to do. The beach is literally a minute walk- and it had anyone on it which was great! We went to a different beach one day but I definitely preferred the one by the Airbnb. There is a spot to get in the water easily if you are looking to play in the ocean. Definitely make the walk to kikita beach house for dinner! Also suggest Romba, both are fantastic! These hosts are the best I have ever had. They gave tons of suggestions and insight and answered so many of my questions!! Book this place you won’t regret it!! Oh and the beds… they are SO comfy !!
