I stayed last weekend and everything was excellent. The place was impeccably clean and very well located, just a few minutes from where I had to work. Although I only came to sleep, the air conditioning was key to resting well after the hot days. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a comfortable, practical and quiet space in Merida.

I liked the place, very quiet and well-kept, the area is very safe, very clean towels and sheets, everything is very clean. Thank you for letting us stay at your house, although we were not there much, we went to a wedding and time flew by with all the preparations.

Very convenient location, easy access to most attractions nearby. The apartment is clean, and has a great rate.

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

Everything is fine, but the room is lacking air

An incredible Airbnb - highly recommended! We stayed here for a week while visiting Mérida, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is wonderfully walkable: close enough to the city center to enjoy everything, but just far enough to feel relaxed and peaceful. For our group, the layout was ideal. The three bedrooms are nicely spread out, giving everyone their own space while still offering great common areas to gather. The photos don’t do justice to just how spacious and sprawling the home really is. We made great use of the pool and kitchen throughout the week. The host was super responsive any time we had a question, and parking was never an issue, even on busy weekend nights. Truly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I needed this much space again.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

Charito was always available. The house is very comfortable and full of details and amenities. Own pool and shared pools in the subdivision; very nice everything! The super cozy house with everything necessary for a family stay.

Casa Pantera was impeccable! I appreciated everything about it. Stephanie and Chase thought through every detail. It's beautifully curated, with comfortable seating and bedding, and the services and amenities are what I'd expect from a top-tier vacation. I left recharged and excited to bring my family back for the next visit. You will not go wrong booking this accommodation. 10/10

Beautiful space, responsive host, walkable area.

Elena and Alberto's place was amazing for our little getaway. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a beautifully designed and super clean home (coming from a clean freak). The kitchen was fully stocked, perfect for cooking while working remotely. The pool was great too, never felt cold even at night. They were incredibly responsive, offering help and great recs throughout our stay. They even ordered a kettlebell for me before arrival so I could work out. I’ve been to Mérida a few times and having AC in the living room was a game changer. The house is close to everything and has a parking lot. You really can’t beat this spot. Book with confidence.

A wonderful house, out of the way, great facilities, slightly odd (but unthreatening) neghborhood. Excellent chef and masseuse recommendations. Though pool cleaned once weekly, becsuse of gulls would have preferred a working filter system. Glad there was no television; it enhanced the peaceful nature of our stay. I’d definitely return!

Adam’s place was an excellent place to stay in Mérida. To begin he was an excellent and responsive host. He quickly answered any of our questions. The place itself was very clean and spacious. The pool was wonderful and definitely a necessity in Mérida in May. It was very clean and well maintained. Adam even came by during our stay to clean it again. The AC in the bedroom worked really well and we were able to sleep very comfortably. There are quite a few ants by the pool but it was nothing too bothersome to stop us from enjoying the space. We had a friendly gecko join us in the bedroom area but it just stayed away from us and helped keep any other insects to a minimum. The place has everything you may need including both pool towels and beach towels and laundry detergent. There is also easy access to street parking out front. Would definitely recommend staying here for a trip to Merida. We definitely found ourselves relaxing and enjoying the space in the hot afternoons.

excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's attention was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here.

Luis's place exceeded our expectations! It was well decorated and comfortable with a beautiful pool and outdoor spaces. Luis was friendly and helpful too.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

Claudia's place is amazing! Super clean!! We had an amazing time!! He was amazing with us at all times!! Highly recommended!!
