Holiday rentals with breakfast in Playacar Beach

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

Amazing house!!! Exactly what we were looking for!!! Just 10 minutes walking distance from the ocean!!! We came with two couples and the house gave us all the amenities necessary to enjoy or stay. The decoration is very tulum style and the huge garden gives this jungle feel or being in a full home. This is ideal for 3 couples or to come with your family. The marina, 3 beaches, kayak tours at the canal and lovely boating experiences are inside this extremely safe complex called Puerto Aventuras, located between Playa del carmen and Tulúm. If you want to be safe and having a house just walking. Distance from the beach, this is the right place to be!!! Malosa homes have amazing properties ans you can also contact them and see all pics and reviews at their site or IG for info!!! We love full homes and the owners will make next month a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, so we can’t wait to come back next Holliday!!! Also a plus is that we could rent a boat to go to the islands, cause Puerto Aveturas has the only Mariana of this area, cause Tulúm or playa del carmen haven’t got one, so it was super convenient to stay here and being able to walk to marina and to restaurants and shops near by without using a car, cause everyone here uses a bike or a gold car. So book this awesome home!!! We had papaya and bananas for breakfast from the garden ... and we hired a cook and a housekeeper so the stay was lovely, a real Mexican Holliday!!! Fantástico !!!!

This place is pretty magical! I’ve never experienced tiny cenotes that are just caves. Very cool, especially the one with a meditation platform built in. Our room felt like a tree house with so many windows, and greenery outside each one. Be prepared to rent a car, rent bikes, or take the taxi colectivo to get anywhere. Also, be prepared to pay to enter the beaches nearby. The guard dogs were sweet though noisy at times. The chickens were fun except being woke up by the rooster each morning. If you love the jungle, and want to be away from the city, this is a fabulous place! Gunita and Malyi don’t stay there, but they are attentive hosts. Overall, my partner and I had a very good experience.

Agradable alojamiento

This place is well-equipped for long stays, even a few months. Lots of kitchen utensils, a laundry room, backup TP, cleaning supplies - it was very easy to move right in and have all daily living needs taken care of without needing to shop for the basics it can feel so complicated to find in a foreign country. The space is a real home — cozy, personal, loved, and full of plants. For me it was a very pleasant reprieve from staying in Airbnbs that all seem to have similar slightly corporate furnishings. It felt more like house-sitting for a friend in the best way possible. It is an easy bike ride to the beach or downtown, and the neighborhood is tranquil, much quieter than other parts of Playa. I liked it a lot and felt safe. David is very sweet, makes many excellent local recommendations, fixed a minor internet problem right away when I texted him about it, and even set me up with a reliable house cleaner when I asked. Also, the place is way bigger than you can tell in pics.

Tolle Unterkunft und super nette Vermieter. Habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gab gute Tipps für Essen und Trinken, je nachdem was gesucht wird. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Traumhafter Strand für tolle Fotos bei Sonnenaufgang. Joey hat mich zum ADO Busterminal gebracht - danke für diesen super Service und die tolle Zeit.

Muy buena ubicación, muy amplio el departamento, alberca cómoda

Nuestra estancia fue de lo mejor, Anne nos hizo sentir como en casa, fue muy amable, atenta, hospitalaria, lo mejor de lo mejor, siempre nos sorprendia por la mañana con un desayuno, fue nuestra primera experiencia en un Airbnb y superó todas nuestras expectativas, esperamos pronto regresar a Playa del Carmen y por supuesto buscaremos alojarnos de nuevo con Anne, saludos desde Coahuila, esperamos verle pronto Anne.

Villa Morena was probably the nicest accommodations we have ever stayed in. As described, it is a beautiful oasis created by a wonderfully accommodating family. Vanessa could not have been more helpful in making us feel at home. We loved everything, from the clean and spacious cabana, the incredible breakfast and dinner meals, the bird song upon waking every morning, and basically the whole vibe with family, cats, and dogs all relaxing in this jungle oasis. Can't recommend highly enough!

So this felt right at home it even smelled like home. Like love had been put into every corner of the place. The owner is very nice and even let us check in a bit early and I love the hospitality! This is by far my most favorite places I have stayed at in all my time of traveling💕 it’s different from your modern day stays so if your wanting peace and tranquility with a little bit of a home feel this is perfect for a day after the beach! Oh they even make great breakfast In the morning before you check out which is a plus!

Great location! But the best part about this stay is the free breakfast. Such a wonderful morning scene to enjoy. I loved the rooftop pools and I highly recommend renting the scooters from across the street as soon as you arrive. They offer a great deal and you can enjoy so much of Cozumel. We waited until our last night to do it and it was my favorite. Can’t recommend this place enough 😊

El lugar ideal para disfrutar Cozumel Mi estancia fue simplemente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, las anfitrionas fueron atentas y amables, nos proporcionaron información súper valiosa para movernos, donde comer delicioso, las mejores playas. El lugar es impecable en cuanto a limpieza y comodidad, con áreas comunes nuevas y en excelente estado. La alberca es un verdadero oasis para relajarse, y el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Además, el internet de altísima velocidad es ideal para quienes necesitan estar conectados sin interrupciones. Definitivamente, este es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar Cozumel con total tranquilidad. Sin duda, volveré en mi próxima visita, 1000% recomendado

Very nice play too stay! Located close to a natural beach. The included breakfast was perfect and everyone super helpful. Would come again!

We had such a pleasant stay here with Alicia & Chuco and we felt like family guests in their home. It was very comfortable and Chuco’s breakfast was incredible, amazing omelettes and guacamole! He always made sure we had eaten enough and in general both Alicia & Chuco are lovely hosts! Would come back anytime. The location is located 30mins by foot from the center, we walked twice and it was a pleasant walk (in general the island is quite big and anywhere you would need a scooter/car/bicycle to see all the beaches in the south, unless you plan to only see the north). You can also rent a car /scooter, Alicia & Chuco organize everything. Thank you for a lovely stay, we already miss it!

Nice little hotel 10 minute walk roughly from the ferry port. Rooms are clean and the place is beautiful with hammocks and a hot tub upstairs. The hotel manager Sonya is really friendly and did an exceptional job of making us feel welcome and helping us with plenty of local recommendations and things to do. The Chef Hector is also brilliant and asked us for our preferences and made us feel at home.

Perfect for a short stay! The house is amazing! so stunning and cozy, the room was exactly as it was described, the host was nice and friendly, also very inclusive with us as a same sex couple! Loved this place
