Beautiful apartment with a large swimming pool and good location

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

The apartment is great, very comfortable and just like the photos. The location is perfect if you plan to visit the Xcaret parks. We will definitely stay at this place again.

We historically been resort people in Mexico. Took a chance on an Airbnb and let me tell you - NO REGRETS. Do it now! Great value, amazing restaurants to walk to, safe and there is a great roof top pool with cash bar. You’ll have the resort experience with a much better value. Thank you to our host.

Great space in the private gated area of playacar. Taxi was just a few minutes away from fifth Avenue. Clean space. Wish there was better hot water (only lasted in 30 second spurts). Taxi stand outside complex super convenient. Restaurants 10 minute walk. OXXO just 5 minutes. Golf cart service was key as it was hard to get to some places like Starbucks. The Reef hotel access was nice but often full to use. Overall, I recommend this place.

This was my second time staying at Ipana condos and Andres’s penthouse was exactly what we were looking for this time! Everything looked just like the pictures listed. We loved having the covered patio on the main floor to relax outside, especially during the stormy weather - do keep in mind that you are quite close to your neighbours across and can see right into their units and vice versa, but we didn’t mind that. We spent most of our time on the open terrace on the top floor and really enjoyed having our own little jacuzzi. It does take time to fill up as the water pressure is very weak in the tub (fine in the shower) but it was well worth the wait. The water temperature isn’t cold but not hot either! (shower gets hot) We had some small requests like extra hand towels and garbage bags and Andres was prompt to provide them the following day. The location is perfect to walk to any restaurant or cafe and the beach. There is also a huge super market around the corner, which is helpful.

The host was very friendly, attentive, and promptly responded to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to come back in the future. Thank you for everything!

This was my second time staying with Ronn! It was so great the first time that I had to come back! 1. The condo is beautiful with a gym and rooftop pool. Inside the condo building there is a jungle setting that’s stunning! 2. It’s walking distance to the beach in a few minutes and steps away from coffee, breakfast, groceries, food and a quiet spot with live music. 3. It’s on the quiet end of 5th ave so you’re not dealing with the party animals but close enough to walk down for night life if you choose. 4. Ronn allowed a late checkout for my late flight. However, if another guest was checking in you can leave your bags with the secure front desk. This is the best place to stay in Playa!!

Super nice accommodation with a private jacuzzi, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we did not have access to the parking lot. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated, even if it was beyond his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend!!!

Maria is a wonderful host and her condo is very comfortable and clean. The bakery across the street was delicious and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Otherwise we walked about 15 min to the tourist area which had so many choices for food! We also walked to Sams Club (taxi back) for food cooked at the Air bnb. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very nice and lying in a hammock in the pool heavenly! Highly recommend!

They welcomed us with a super clean, organized apartment and with all the amenities to have an extremely comfortable experience. The access instructions were perfect, the atmosphere was private and quiet. We were able to rest and enjoy Playa del Carmen. I especially thank Lupita, with whom I had direct communication, for her warmth, communication and resolution. We'll be back 😊

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

Cruz con Mar is one of our favorite places to stay in PDC. We have been in quite a few different units in the building. This one was one of the best. The ease of the door lock and the updated thermostats might be a strange complement but IYKYK. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers were great.

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

The house is simply beautiful, it has all the amenities and tools to spend time with the family, spacious, clean and very well maintained. Ana's attentions were very good, always attentive and with good recommendations. The location is very good, nice area, the residential area is very quiet and above all safe. My description in 3 words, beautiful, safe and quiet.

I loved the attention of the hosts, they saved me from not spending the night in the car with 7 young girls, the Airbnb I rented for my vacation made us have a bad time and we had to leave it, I contacted the hosts late at night and they were accessible and quick, they made it easy for us to live in the apartment in less than 10 minutes, 🤗 they were angels for us, the place is comfortable, safe and with super clear and precise directions, they are in contact and always available, I recommend them 100%

Such a beautiful, clean and spacious condo! Would definitely recommend.

100% recommended. As they mention in their publication, they strive to the smallest detail to make sure everything is good and clean. There were 6 adults and 2 children and we were quite comfortable, all the services without any problems, and the area was very quiet. My nephews loved the pool and the facilities in general were always lit and clean. Only if you stay there is it advisable to rent a car, but 5 minutes away you have absolutely everything. We were very comfortable with my family, the house has everything you need to enjoy the holidays, relaxing, quiet and private, we didn't need anything! Abril and Omar are always very attentive :)
