Español Estudio increíble con frente a la playa, totalmente equipado con televisión, microondas, aire acondicionado y calefacción. El complejo cuenta con jardines, piscinas, pistas de tenis, zona de aparcamiento interior El estudio cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con ollas, sartenes, vasos, platos, cafetera, nevera y cubertería. Se pone sabanas, fundas de almohadas, toallas, paños de cocina. La cocina es de dos fuegos. En los bajos del edificio hay restaurante con menú También hay restaurantes, bares, supermercados, hoteles, zona de tiendas, cafés, cerca del Centro Comercial y de Ocio Plaza Mayor y de Torremolinos. . El apartamento es cómodo y acogedor y tiene acceso a dos piscinas, una para adultos supervisada y una para niños Las piscinas solo funcionan en verano, desde mediados de Junio a mediados de Septiembre (en verano) aunque en la playa se puede uno bañar casi todo el año. La urbanización tiene zonas de aparcamiento en las calles interiores, donde se accede con mando a distancia En Julio y Agosto es muy complicado aparcar ya que hay casi el doble de apartamentos que aparcamientos, Al huésped que lo solicita yo le cedo un mando para que puedan acceder el coche al interior de la urbanización previo deposito de 50 euros que les serán devuelto cuando entregue el mando funcionando. (solo podrá entrar un solo coche por apartamento).supermarkets, hotels, bars, shopping area, cafes, near Plaza Mayor Torremolinos.( En los meses de Julio y Agosto el alquiler minimo es de una semana.)

Newly renovated, very bright apartment with an open-plan kitchen and living room. It has 134 square meters. It has three spacious bedrooms, one with a 135 cm double bed and en suite bathroom, the second with two 90 cm single beds, and the third with two double trundle beds. Central air conditioning (hot and cold), two full bathrooms, and a washer and dryer. The pool is open from May 23th to October 19th. Just 400 meters from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, taxis, banks, etc.
