Private suite holiday rentals in Havana

Super cómodo, bonito, la familia es maravillosa y nos ayudaron mucho y en todo. Estar en Cuba es precioso, estar en esta casa también lo fue. Muy agradecidos!!!!

this guest suite is very clean and on an excellent street with very nice homes. it is very safe and walking distance to nice resturaunts, hotels and nightclubs. Mauricio speaks English very well and liliana is a very good host and makes sure you are feeling well and happy. I will be back again. there are no pests, cockroaches or other bugs. the house is extremely clean and everything works including thr toilets and hot water in the shower. it was the best rental I had on my vacation. the location is very safe for people traveling alone, women and families. the area is very high end compared to other areas. if you want to be safe, and clean and free from locals harassing you this is the place. you can trust my opinion and experience in cuba that this house is a hidden gem.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana. Ana Maria e Francisco sono due host eccezionali. Molto disponibili in qualsiasi momento. Casa accogliente e pulita. Quartiere tranquillo e piacevole. Colazione molta buona. Direi tutto perfetto. Spero di tornare a trovarli presto. Grazie di tutto.

El lugar es hermoso, tal como se ve en las fotos, o mejor aun! Está a una distancia perfecta de la playa; lo suficientemente alejado como para ser un lugar super tranquilo, y lo suficientemente cerca como para ir caminando a la playa (15 minutos o menos). El lugar es tan lindo y cómodo que hasta se hace difícil querer salir de allí para irse a la playa! :-) El personal no puede ser más amable! Destaco a Made, una genia, que me ayudó en todo momento y se preocupó para que tenga todo lo que necesitaba y más. El único punto quizás algo débil es que no hay muchos restaurantes por la zona, salvo por unos ranchones en la playa que cierran luego de las 6pm, y unos puestos de pollo asado también en la playa que quedan hasta las 8pm o 9pm, aprox. Pero de todas maneras en la casa ofrecen comida muy rica (aunque yo sólo probé los sandwiches de pollo, que estaban muy bien por el precio!). En resumen, si estás buscando relajarte en un lugar muy lindo y tener una playa cerca, este es tu lugar!

Nos encantó el lugar. Pasamos un fin de semana en familia muy divertido. La piscina la limpiaban todos los días, el desayuno con sus jugos naturales estuvo delicioso, una zona tranquila para despejar. Yodelvis nos atendió muy bien, fue muy amable y Cristina siempre estaba al pendiente. Hay lugares para comer en la playa, pero nosotros llevamos nuestra propia comida, la cocina está bien equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios. Hay que caminar un poco para ir a la playa pero el ejercicio es bueno 😉 Volveríamos allí sin dudarlo.

Nos gustó mucho quedarnos donde Ana. Mildred nos atendió súper bien, siempre atenta y dispuesta a hacer que nuestra estadía fuera cómoda. El apartamento es muy bonito, muy bien ubicado con todo el centro de La Habana vieja. Recomendado!

Excelente (excellent) hosts ! Food , atmosphere was great ! Checked all the boxes for a weekend away. My only wish that I could have stayed longer .

Una pena que tan sólo nos hospedamos una noche. Felipe y Roxana fueron muy flexibles al autorizarnos 11 am la hora de entrada que usualmente es a las 3pm. Al llegar tanto Felipe como Roxana nos recibieron, nos entregaron la llave y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar nos encantó. Es muy acogedor, espacioso y extremadamente limpio en todas sus áreas. Las fotos son tal cual las publicadas y el lugar es muy privado separado de la casa de los anfitriones, pero al lado. De inmediato sepusieron a nuestra disposición de tener alguna necesidad. Verdaderamente regresaremos a hospedarnos inmediatamente regresemos a Cuba!

Magaly was a very helpful and welcoming host. She received us very warmly, gave us all the information we needed to visit Havana and helped us a lot with the transportation. We highly recommend you to choose her flat, for her kindness and also for the cleanliness of the place.

El sitio es igual que en las fotos, todo muy bonito y preparan almuerzo por $12 dólares y sirven mucho y con postre, hay playa a unas cuantas calles, pero el sitio está muy alejado de todo no hay tiendas, bares, discotecas, ni nada, y muy difícil conseguir taxi, es excelente para ir en pareja y tener privacidad y tranquilidad pero muy aburrido si vas sólo. Les recomiendo llegar preparados con alimentos, podrán usar la cocina nevera, microondas.

I really appreciated the hospitality, breakfast offer, the layout is AMAZING. They also have WiFi at the location.

La habitación es independiente de la casa y es muy linda, todo es muy bonito y los anfitriones muy amables.

Our stay at Maria Elena's house was even better than we expected. The pictures don't do this beautiful house justice! The house has 3 bedrooms with one being a master suite that is separate from the other two bedrooms by the pool area. The arrangement of rooms was perfect for us as we had two small children with us and it was nice to have an area away from the rest of the guests so our baby wouldn't wake them up when she cried. The owners even let us use a crib for our baby, which was unexpected and made our stay even more comfortable. The house was very clean and the outdoor area is fantastic, especially if you are traveling with children. The service we had during our stay was wonderful, we received changes of towels and sheets and extra toilet paper/shampoo/bath wash for our stay. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend this house to anyone staying in Guanabo!

Pdro et Paula n'étaient pas présents cette fois alors j'ai été accueillie par le papa, Roberto. Un homme généreux au grand coeur. Son épouse Paula lui a appris à cuisiner et ses déjeûners étaient excellents et abondants. Pour 5 CUC, ça valait la peine de déjeûner à la casa: un bon repas fait avec amour et pas besoin de chercher un endroit où déjeûner dans le coin. J'ai eu l'occasion d'échanger avec Roberto car je parle un peu espagnol mais soyez sans crainte: même si vous ne parler pas cette langue, Roberto saura bien vous accueilir et au besoin, contactera son fils qui servira d'interprète. L'endroit est très bien situé et j'ai bien dormi, le lit était très confortable. Par contre, prenez note que Cuba est souvent bruyant et qu'en étant bien situé, le prix à payer est que c'est bruyant et passant dans la rue. En apportant des bouchons d'oreilles, j'ai remédié à cette situation et très bien dormi. La chambre était grande et propre et la salle de bain très fonctionnelle. J'ai adoré mon séjour, mon seul regret est de ne pas être restée plus longtemps. Si je retourne à la Havane, je souhaite pouvoir réserver à nouveau chez Pedro et je n'hésiterai pas à recommander sa maison. <3

This Airbnb was the perfect choice for my return trip to Havana. It was the same place I stayed at in 2016, and I'm so glad I chose it again. Being so close to my family made it easy to spend quality time together. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, just as I remembered it. The hosts, Ana Maria and Frank were absolutely wonderful – friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. It's amazing how much Havana has changed since my last visit, but this Airbnb has remained a constant source of comfort and hospitality. I felt right at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Havana.
