The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

The apartment is simple but clean, with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the absolutely stunning sea view. Eva and her family were fantastic hosts. We felt truly looked after and welcomed throughout our stay. Their hospitality really made a difference. Don’t miss the food at the family-run restaurant - it’s local, freshly cooked, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to slow down, enjoy nature, and experience genuine Albanian warmth.

Wow, what can I say, with accommodation to such a standard I would usually be speechless, but alas, let me think and divulge. Let’s start with the hosts. Always went the extra mile, very hands on sharing local spots, brimming full of advice. Local butchers, with meat from the village. Delicious, finely charred on the BBQ provided in the residence. A plethora of entertainment. Backgammon boards, darts and a fridge full of beers. A wonderful space, perfect for a big group. Have stayed in many an Airbnb, but this by far was one that ticked all the boxes. But most importantly, the host was exceptional, fantastic and tremendous. Thank you so much, you may forget us staying but we’ll never forget you.

We had a wonderful time as 4 in this villa! In less than 5 minutes, you can walk to the beach. On the front yard you can enjoy the sunset, have breakfast and barbecue.There was every detail that you would need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Would highly recommend this place.

This apartment has a beautiful view and the beach is literally in front of you. Just go down the elevator, leave the building and turn to the left and the beach is 30 meters in front of you. I definitely recommend this property to visit in June like I did, because the beach is almost empty and the water is nice! Thank you.

This place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed — a coffee machine, washing machine, dish washing machine and even easy parking right in front of the apartment. The beach is right in front, just a few steps away, and really well-organized. The area is safe and peaceful, away from the noise of the city but still close to great restaurants and local markets. I loved taking long walks along the beach — it was truly unforgettable and full of oxygen. I felt completely relaxed the whole time. The host was super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back soon!
