Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Plazhi San Pietro

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Great Family Stay with a Heated Pool! We had a wonderful family trip at this Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for kids. Lots of space outside to run around, play any sports with the kids, grilling area and a large lounge area. The complimentary heated pool was a huge hit — our kids loved it, and it was great for relaxing as a family. Just a heads-up: the tile around the pool can be a little slippery when wet, so be cautious with little ones. Overall, a fantastic stay for a big family!

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

De locatie was goed bereikbaar en we konden de auto goed kwijt. Het huis was ruim en schoon. Er zijn allerlei winkeltjes in de buurt. Een vriendelijke gastfamilie heette ons welkom. We komen graag nog eens terug!

We had an amazing this apartment, right next to the beach with a beautiful patio with ocean view (perfect to enjoy your morning coffee - they also have a coffee machine). The host is amazing, super kind and friendly. Always responded instantly. The apartment was exactly as on the pictures and even better. Check-in was warm and welcome, and WiFi is very good (better than in Tirana). The apartment has everything you need with lots of amenities (soap, towels, body lotions, etc). Highly recommend this place.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Apartment von Aurel und Maria. Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Ausstattung und ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der Weg zum Strand war in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und Restaurants, Bars und Märkte zum Einkaufen in der Nähe. Auch eine Apotheke gab es in der Umgebung. 100% weiterzuempfehlen!

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment was really nice and the location was great. Mona was fast, flexible and kind in all of her communication. Her mother helped us with the check in and was the sweetest lady imaginable. We can highly recommend both the apartment and the host.

Veldig fornøyd med leiligheten!! Kristi svarte utrolig fort og var fleksibel i forhold til innsjekk, selv om vi kom veldig sent på kvelden. Utrolig deilig å ha en privat terrasse også som har sola rett på store deler av dagen

Perfect Stay in Durrës – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience staying at Emi’s Airbnb in Durrës. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The sea view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and made every morning feel special. One of the standout features was the building itself: it had a fully functional elevator, which made coming and going with luggage so much easier. The location was also perfect for a relaxing getaway. Emi was an exceptional host—friendly, respectful, and always quick to respond. He made sure everything went smoothly during my stay, and I truly appreciated his hospitality and professionalism. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Emi’s place to anyone visiting Durrës!

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea. The beach and the sea is great for swimming and they are located right outside the apartment. There are so many nice restaurants in the promenade, and one would never go short of choices. The area is family oriented safe. There is very limited space in the street for parking. So, it is a plus that the apartment has a parking garage. However, one has to be a very skilled and confident driver to take the car down the steep entrance and take it out. The help of another person is needed when taking out the car from the car park to ensure that the road is free of any traffic. Overall, it is a great apartment. We had a good time enjoying the sea, the lovely restaurants and the comfortable apartment.

We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf hier. Wij wilde onverwachts toch nog gebruik maken van fietsen en dit werd vlot en vriendelijk opgepakt. Alles was eventueel op loopafstand. Wel druk om met de auto die kant op te komen.

Жилье полностью соответствовало фотографиям и описанию. Очень близко к морю и барам/ресторанам. Единственный минус - шумные соседи сверху, которые вели себя очень шумно поздней ночью (но в этом нету вины хозяина). Помимо этого нам все очень понравилось.

We cannot fault this Airbnb. The place was spotless, had everything we could have needed and the building felt safe. The host was amazing, so great at communicating and making recommendations around the local area. The location was brilliant - close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The road is slightly loud at night, but it was not a problem for us. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is just as the description and very pleasant. Location was perfect for ease of walking to nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Only thing to note is that being on the main road you do get traffic noise etc. Ivo was a great host and very responsive with all communications, but it did require me having mobile data to message him for check in information, so maybe get that sooner. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.

I recently stayed at Tok Apartments in Durrës for my birthday, and I can confidently say it was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment was even more stunning than the photos ,the breathtaking beach view from the living room made every moment feel like a dream. What made the stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available and quick to respond to any request or question,often within minutes! He truly made us feel at home. I’ve stayed at many places before, but the level of service here was unmatched. Everything was perfect, from the comfort of the apartment to the ambiance and the attention to detail. This place made my birthday unforgettable, and honestly, I don’t think I could’ve celebrated it any better anywhere else.
