Perfect stay, the rental was as pictured and described, idyllic setting, nearby trade and Evran is a few dozen minutes from Dinan, Dinard, St Malo…. Very responsive hosts we had forgotten our high chair for the baby and some time after we had it. I really recommend this rental and we will not hesitate to invite our friends to stop by Christophe and Virginia's. 👍👍👍

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a bit of conversation with ease. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful moor. The coast is amazing! Finally, the swimming pool, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a slightly sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). A big thank you to Anaïs and Quentin for allowing us to share this beautiful moment with friends in an idyllic setting for children (and adults): games, swing, swimming pool and especially... the mini farm, with ponies and goats, which delighted children and parents in the mornings! The accommodation is beautiful and ideally located (30 min from Mont St Michel). To be repeated 1000 times. 😍

Beautiful accommodation, ideal location for exploring the area. No complaints. The only small downside that raises questions: the outdoor camera that seems to be active and follows us when we are outside.

Our second stay at Catherine's perfect little place! Everything you need in a beautiful location, short drive to beaches, shops, interesting towns & villages. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable bed, great shower. Catherine is such a charming, friendly host. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. We had a great stay in this charming, quiet and very well-equipped cottage. The buildings have been renovated with great taste, combining modern comfort and authenticity. The whole place exudes a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring the Rance Valley and its surroundings: Dinan, Saint-Malo, the coast... everything is within driving distance. A address we recommend without hesitating!

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

The accommodation is decorated with great taste, everything is clean and well maintained. It feels like home. Nathalie is smiling, pleasant and very available, which makes the experience even warmer. I would recommend it in a second.

Very large house in the countryside but close to Dinard and Saint-Malo. The house, very well equipped, is ideal for a weekend with the family.
