Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

The small and rustic tiny house is right in the heart of the Swiss Alps. The accommodation has two floors with a double bed, shower, and toilet on the second floor. The first floor offers a small kitchenette and space to eat. We are located about 7 minutes drive from Davos, in a peaceful and gorgeous setting. To get into Davos, the bus stops conveniently in front of our house, and will bring you back here regularily. Bus fare is included with guest cards.

The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Tschiertschen in Graubünden is incredibly beautiful and idyllic. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk to the chairlift and offers a fantastic ski resort with blue and red slopes. The place is very quiet and the contact with Luana was very friendly and helpful. We had a very relaxing and pleasant time with Luana and Damian. We will be back next year:-)

Together with my parents, we stayed with Klaus and Herbert. The apartment is tastefully decorated and equipped with many useful things. The area in which the apartment is located is also a feast for the eyes. We felt very comfortable and would come back again. Communication with Klaus, Herbert and Monika was friendly and straightforward.

Susan’s apartment is cozy and warm. The balcony is spacious and comfortable, and the whole place has a homey, relaxing feel. It’s very conveniently located — close to both the train station and a supermarket. The only minor downside is that there isn’t a washing machine inside the apartment — it’s located in a shared area in the basement, which is a bit less convenient. Susan is a wonderful host, and I’d definitely recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting Chur.

One of the cooler airbnbs just because of the view, the surrounding nature, and the sauna. One of the two bathrooms was very large an walkable and had a sauna which was super cool and fun to use after a morning run in the cold. The host also had an outdoor grill for us tom use. The balcony had a very nice view of the forest and mountains in the back and the valley to goes down to the town of Chur. The host was responsive and helped us with what we needed.
