New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

It is located at the end of the wild peninsula, a 10-minute walk from the sea, next to the Sillon du Talbert and the island of Bréhat. Enjoy a moment of rest. Of course, we've updated it a bit. All the "modern" equipment is available. But it has retained its charm, and especially its calm, in the heart of the village of Larmor Pleubian.
