The accommodation is ideally located for hikers on foot and by bike, close to the GR34, the Léguer, the Kerfons Chapel and the Kergrist & Tonquédec Castles. We are close to Lannion (TGV, towpath, beaches of Beg Léguer...), Perros-Guirec, Trégastel... Ploubezre has a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy... Everything is in place for a simple, pleasant and accessible stay.

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a 160 bed and the other with a 140 bed. Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.

Spacious apartment renovated in 2019. It is located on the ground floor of an old family house from 1970. A bright and comfortable living room, an equipped and functional kitchen, as well as two large bedrooms with queen size beds. Self check-in with a key box. Located near the main boulevard of Perros-Guirec, it is very well soundproofed and the passage of the road during the day and at night is not disturbing.
