Truly exceptional stay — the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! This place was absolutely spotless — everything was pristine and felt so fresh and welcoming. It’s beautifully designed, very spacious, and filled with calming, positive energy. The views of the sea and old town were breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. They also provided thoughtful touches like toiletries, soaps, black coffee, and tea — such a nice surprise! The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for this unforgettable vacation:)

Great location and view as noted in previous comments. the place was perfect for 4 nights and would even recommend spending a week in if you can. Was on the balcony every morning and evening looking at the old town and the endless sea.... Jasmin was great too and answered my questions easily but didn't have any issues so didn't needed to speak with him. It is alot of steps to get to this place but can easily be avoided by taking an uber/cab. but then Dubrovnik itself is alot of steps...

The apartment was very homely and had a really comfortable bed as well as clean kitchen and bathroom areas. It’s a 30 second walk from an amazing view of Lokrum island and a short walk from the Old Port. This meant we could walk in for day excursions and evening meals while being able to stay in a quieter part of the city. Davor was an excellent host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the terrace lighting and helped us find somewhere to store our luggage on our final day after checking out, so that we could enjoy one final day in Dubrovnik. All round it was great and we’d love to stay again!

Nicole was a great host! She was patient and communicative and answered all of our questions. She was very kind and was flexible with an early check in. The apartment was in a prime location and within walking distance to the old town and cable car. I would highly recommend!

Wow, our stay with Ankica was everything we hoped for! She arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, it was so easy to find it, to get inside, and to relax! It is located on a city staircase, and just up some stairs are a great coffee place and bakery; just down (a lot of stairs) are great places to eat, and the Old Town. We had a couple fun swims at Banje Beach about 7 minutes walk away. We slept really well because she has really good quality windows which shut out any noise, as well as an A/C unit. It was super clean and well stocked, and Ankica was very helpful and kind. I hope we can come back someday.

I forwarn you not to come to this place. Because in the end, you'll never want to leave. It is absolutely hard for me to check out as I cannot get my eyes off of this gorgeous view. When you can see the whole old town with the turquoise sea from your room, will you be able to move on with your life? Besides, I love when I walk closer to the old town in the morning and even more in the evening when the sun is setting and the golden light leaks through the trees on the way back to my room. There is nowhere on earth second to this place. I am so blessed that it was still available for the period of my visit in Dubrovnik. Bonus, the host is the best of air bnb host I've ever met!

This was by far one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at. Not only do you get greeted by a magnificent view of Dubrovnik upon opening the door, but you also get sent a plethora of recommendations by the host, Oleg. Everything is within walking distance of the Old Town. The way down is quick; on the way back up there’s a lot of steps, but absolutely worth the views. Will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubrovnik! 10/10 recommend.

Excellent place and really awesome views! The view from the house as well as from the balcony was perfect! Reading all the previous reviews about the no of steps, I was a bit concerned when we booked. But it wasnt that hard at all. Very quick to reach the center of the old town and we took an uber back at very low cost. Opted in for the transport arrangement from/to Airport provided by Aida and that is highly recommended since the steps can be a challenge with luggage. The cab took us extremely close to the apartment which really helped. Super clean rooms and had everything we needed in it. Highly recommend if you are visiting Dubrovnik.

What an incredible place to stay, we arrived and was greeted by the lovely Diana. She immediately made us feel at home, walking us round the estate showing us all of the amenities. We stayed in the guest house with it's own private balcony shaded by a veranda covered in beautiful Wisteria. The guest house itself is lovely, well presented and incredibly clean on arrival with plenty of hot water and an extremely comfy bed,with lovely white soft bed sheets. The grounds to the main Villa are gorgeous with orange trees and well maintained all round. The pool is immaculate with warm water, seating areas and kitchen with fresh ground coffee available free for guests which is a lovely touch.Overall we recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik. It is a short 10 min walk to the old city and there is a very nice restaurant nearby (Fratellos) that does amazing cocktails. Best start of the summer and we will definitely be back!

An amazing experience in Dubrovnik , more than just a stay, it felt like visiting friends Our stay at this apartment was one of the highlights of our trip to Dubrovnik. The location is perfect –just a short walk from the Old Town and very close to two beautiful beaches. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday is right nearby. The hosts, ZORAN and IGOR were truly wonderful extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, even with things that went beyond their responsibilities as Airbnb hosts. They gave us great local tips, helped us with anything we needed, and made us feel completely at home. The view from the balcony is simply breathtaking the Old Town of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic Sea look like a postcard. We highly recommend this place and are especially grateful to Zoran and Igor for their exceptional hospitality

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views of the old town. The steps up and down into town appear intimidating but if you’ve got a basic level of walking fitness they are not a problem and we went up and down twice a day without it feeling arduous or annoying. It only took ten minutes to reach one of the gates into old town. Apartment was super clean and had good WiFi and all the amenities we could need. Would highly recommend this listing and Mario / Kristina were really quick at replying, great Airbnb-ing!! Thank you

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Simoneta is a perfect host. Could not ask for a more helpful accomodating lady who went out of her way to make the stay great. Gave us lots of help in restaurant and transport suggestions. The handover was totally comprehensive. Everything supplied in the apartment for every appliance , outstanding. Hot tub fantastic and apartment beautifully presented . Totally recommend to anyone. However the walk to the property is reasonably steep so if you are not good on your feet bear that in mind.

Wow! What an amazing stay we have had! Hosts were always available with queries, supplied lots of information and tips in relation to Dubrovnik and left maps/guidebook also. Attention to detail was incredible and absolutely everything was thought of - board games, books, coffee machine with pods and little milks. The apartment was spotless, so clean, the views are out of this world - loads of room on the terrace to sunbathe, sit in the shade and then have a dip in the hot tub with the views. Air conditioning was great after a day strolling around the Old Town - the bus was at the top of the hill which takes you into Old Town Dubrovnik within 10/15 minutes. The hosts even sent us the timetable of the bus schedule - absolutely everything was thought out. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

I can’t say enough nice things about Davor’s home!! It is incredibly well located, right in the old town. Easy to access, countless restaurants everywhere, and 2min walk to the ocean!

Super host, good amenities, especially appreciated the jacuzzi. Great location if you have a car, tho local transport is also handy.

This is an excellent place, its luxurious, private and has excellent facilities and the view is stunning, we use dthe Gym, pools and Sauna which are all really great. The place is spotless, and Ivo and Minja are very helpful. If you are looking for an escapare for a few days to relax, then this is the place, 10 mins from the airport, amazing views over Mlini Bay, where there are restaurants and bars, and you can simply hop on a ferry which will take you to Dubrovnik Old Town in about 30 mins. locations also accessible if you interested in some road trips which we did to Bosnia and Montenegro - a great place, great hosts - Thank You - Noel & Caitriona !
