It is ideally placed to discover the Abers: the sandy beaches and dunes are less than 300 m from the house! You can also enjoy the many coastal trails (the GR 34 passes right by), enjoy the pleasure of shore fishing, bike rides, water sports (sailing, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding... all in the immediate vicinity). This charming accommodation is close to the town center of Folgoët and Lesneven (800 m from the city center), 12 minutes from Keremma beach. A large supermarket and various shops are close by. It consists of a 14 m² bedroom with a dressing room, sink and shower and a kitchen-WC room and small living room. You have access to the house's closed parking lot, as well as the garden and wooden terrace. The space is completely independent of the house.
